BENJAMIN NETANYAHU VOTED OUT TODAY AS PRIME MINISTER

ISRAEL- Today, In a Sixty to Fifty-Nine vote, will now pave the way for Naftali Bennett to become Israel's Prime Minister. The vote will also bring the end of Benjamin Netanyahu's twelve-year tenure as Prime Minister.
Netanyahu had been the Country's Prime Minister since 2009, Netanyahu will now become Israel's Opposition Leader, and will still be at the top of the Lukid Party.
Naftali Bennett, The Leader of The New Right Party, was once a loyal ally of Netanyahu, but over the past few years has since become an adversary.
Following Sunday's vote, Netanyahu briefly appeared ready to leave the room, before shaking hands with Bennett, and going to take the chair of the Opposition Leader.
The twelve years that Netanyahu spent as Israel's Prime Minister makes the longest tenure of anyone to hold the position. He had also previously served as Prime Minister in 1996 and 1999.
