PATERSON, NJ.- A 33-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man becomes the First Victim to be Killed at the start of Weekend Violence that continues to plague The City of Paterson when he was Gunned Down at 12:44 a.m. Today.


     According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Friday, November 10, 2023, at approximately 12:44 a.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting in the area of Park Avenue and Straight Street in The City of Paterson.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 33-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man suffering from a Gunshot Wound. The man was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. More information may become available once released by Authorities.

MANALAPAN, NJ.- A 28-Year-Old Manalapan, New Jersey man, who was recently Hired as a Jackson Township School Bus Driver was Taken into Custody and Charged on October 25, 2023, for Possessing and Distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material.


     Following an investigation, on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, after being Arrested, Brian R. Mcbride, 28, a resident of Manalapan, New Jersey was Formally Charged with One Count of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, for Distribution of Child Pornography; and One Count of Third Degree Possession of Child Pornography.


     According to Monmouth County Prosecutor, Raymond S. Santiago, The Charges are a result of an Investigation that was initiated after The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office High-Tech Crimes Bureau and Members of The Monmouth County Crimes Against Children Task Force received a Tip through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The Tip revealed that Mr. McBride was in Possession of Child Pornography, and was Distributing Digital Images of Child Pornography over Social Media, Monmouth 


     If Convicted of The Offenses, Mr. McBride will Face a Potential New Jersey State Prison Term of Ten Years. McBride will also be Required to Register as a Sex Offender on Megan's Law Registration List and will be under Parole Supervision for Life.


     McBride's Detetenion and Employment Status were not available at this time.

BREAKING: Stewartsville, New Jersey Man Charged

A DRUG-FUELED DOMESTIC DISPUTE RESULTS IN A 47-YEAR-OLD MAN BEING CHARGED WITH TEN OFFENSES

LOPATCONG, NJ.- A 47-Year-Old Stewartsville, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged following a Domestic Incident that unfolded when the man while apparently under the influence of an Illicit Narcotic, Threatened to Shoot and Kill an occupant of the residence with a Firearm, then Fled the scene, leading Police on a High-Speed Chase only to return to the residence and Peacefully Surrender to Police Officers.


     According to Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer, on Monday, November 6, 2023, Members of The Lopatcong Township Police Department responded to a Residence in Stewartsville, New Jersey after receiving a 911 Emergency Call from a Victim who had Fled the Residence after a Domestic Dispute. 


     An ensuing investigation by responding Police Officers revealed Khamtoune Singto, 47, of Stewartsville, New Jersey, had Pointed a Loaded .22 .22-Caliber Long Rifle at the Victim and Threatened to Shoot and Kill the Victim. During the dispute, the Victim was able to flee the Residence to safety and contact 911. When Police Officers approached the Residence, Mr. Singto was able to enter the Victim's Vehicle and Drive around Police Officers over the lawn and onto the roadway.


      Police Officers initiated a Chase, pursuing Mr. Singto onto Route 519, as Speeds reached over 100 Miles Per Hour, Police Officers Terminated the Chase. While investigating at the Residence Police Officers were able to locate the Rifle loaded with a Magazine that contained 17 Hollow Point Bullets. Further investigation determined that because of a past incident, a Court Order Prohibited Mr. Singto from Owning or Possessing Firearms. 


     Later in the evening, Police Officers learned that Mr. Singto had returned to the Residence. When confronted by Police Officers, a brief standoff occurred and shortly thereafter Police Officers were able to negotiate with Singto to Surrender Peacefully to Officers. During the Arrest, Police Officers found a Small Glassine Bag that contained Suspected Crystal Methamphetamine.


     Accordingly, Mr. Singto was Formally Charged with Second Degree Eluding Authorities; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; Third Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; Third Degree Certain Persons Not to Possess Weapons; Third Degree Terroristic Threats; Third Degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; Fourth Degree Aggravated Assault; Two Counts of Fourth Degree Possession of a Prohibited Weapons or Device; and Fourth Degree Unlawful Taking. 


     Mr. Singto was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Warren County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings.

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ.- Atlantic County Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding a Shooting that occurred Tuesday Night that claimed the Life of a 23-Year-Old Atlantic City, New Jersey Man.


     According to Atlantic County Prosecutor William E. Reynolds, on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, just minutes after 8:00 p.m., Members of The Atlantic City Police Department responded to a Shooting in the area of Florida Avenue, between Atlantic and Pacific Avenues in The City. 


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Luis Rosa Rodriguez, 23, of Atlantic City suffering from Gunshot Wounds. Mr. Rodriguez was immediately transported to AtlantiCare Hospital in Atlantic City, where despite, Life-Saving Efforts Mr. Rodrigeuz succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased Yesterday Afternoon.


     This is an Active Homicide Investigation, no arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information regarding The Shooting Death of Mr. Rodriguez is urged to contact The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office at (609) 909-7800.

PASSAIC, NJ.- Passaic County Authorities are continuing to Search for a Suspect who Opened Fire on Two Men yesterday morning across from a School and a Passaic Police Department Substation, which left a Man Hospitalized from Multiple Gunshot Wounds and another Grazed by a Bullet.


     According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Monday, November 7, 2023, at 8:01 a.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to the area of Monroe Street and Myrtle Avenue in The City of Passaic on a report of a Shooting.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 40-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. The man was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. Police Officers also found a 24-Year-Old Passaic, New Jersey man who refused Medical Treatment. Responding Officers were also able to locate the crime scene.

RAHWAY, NJ.- On Friday, November 3, 2023, a Jury sitting in Union County, New Jersey Returned a Guilty Verdict against a 26-Year-Old Rahway, New Jersey Woman for the February 2020 Stabbing Death of her 58-Year-Old Mother inside her Rahway Home.


     According to Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel, on Friday following a Three-Week Trial in Union County Superior Court, a Jury found Malika Jones, 26, of Rahway, New Jersey, Guilty of Aggravated Manslaughter for The Fatal Stabbing of her Mother, Inell Jones, 58, of Rahway, New Jersey which took place inside their home.


     The Conviction stems from an incident, when back on Sunday, February 16, 2020, just after 3:00 p.m., Members of The Rahway Police Department responded to a Home located on The 100 Block of East Albert Street in Rahway, after receiving a report of an altercation. Upon arrival, Police Officers found Ms. Jones deceased from Multiple Stab Wounds. Ms. Jones's Daughter was immediately Taken into Custody by responding Officers. 


     An ensuing investigation by The Union County Homicide Task Force, Rahway Police Department, and The Union County Sheriff's Crime Scene Unit led to Charges being Filed Against Malika Jones within hours of Authorities arriving on the scene.


     Sentencing in the matter has been Scheduled for January 26, 2024, before The Honorable Judge Thomas Isenhour, in Union County Superior Court.

NEWARK, NJ.- A 5-Year-Old Newark, New Jersey Boy remains Hospitalized in Critical Condition after his 29-Year-Old Mother in a fit of rage Stabbed him Late Monday Afternoon inside their Murray Street Home.


     According to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, on Monday, November 6, 2023, just around 5:00 p.m., Members of The Newark Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call on a report of a Child being Injured in The 100 Block of Murray Street in Newar, New Jersey.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 5-Year-Old Boy suffering from apparent Stab Wounds. The Boy was immediately transported to University Hospital, where he remains listed in Critical Condition.


     A Swift-Moving Investigation by responding Police Officers quickly determined that the Child's Mother, Symona McGhee, 29, was responsible for Stabbing her Son.


     Accordingly, Ms. McGhee was Taken into Custody and Formally Charged with Attempted Murder; Third Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Ms. McGhee was Processed on The Charges and Detained pending Future Court Proceedings.

CAMDEN, NJ.- Detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding The Shooting Death of a 48-Year-Old Camden, New Jersey man that occurred Saturday Night on a Camden, New Jersey Street.


     According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at approximately 9:09 p.m., Members of The Camden County Police Department responded to Multiple 911 Emergency Calls reporting a person being Shot in the area of 10th and Mechanic Streets in The City of Camden.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Jamal Scott, 48. of Camden, New Jersey suffering from an apparent Gunshot Wound. Mr.Scott was immediately transported to Cooper University Hospital and was pronounced deceased at 9:20 p.m. 


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. HOUSTON, TX.- On Friday, November 3, 2023, a Federal Grand Jury sitting in Houston, Texas Returned an Indictment against a Palestinian Citizen living in The United States Illegally, Charging the man with Possession of a Weapon by a Prohibited Person, according to U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.



     The Indictment alleges that Sohaib Abuayyash, 20, was an Alien Illegally and Unlawfully in The United States. He Knowingly Possessed a Firearm, namely a Canik TP9 Elite SC. 9 MM. Pistol, according to Charging Documents.


     On Friday, October 13, 2023, Agents of The Federal Bureau of Investigations Arrested Abuayyash who remains Detained pending Future Criminal Court Proceedings. Abuayyash is set to appear for his Arraignment on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., before U.S. Magistrate Judge Yvonne Ho in Houston Federal Court.


     According to the Criminal Complaint Filed upon his Arrest. Abuayyash entered The United States on a Nonimmigrant Visa which Expired in 2019 and has allegedly been in contact with others who share a Radical Mindset. The Complaint further alleges that he has been conducting Physical Training and has Trained with Weapons to possibly Conduct an Attack.


     If Convicted on The Charge Abuayyash will Face up to Fifteen Years in Federal Prison as well as a Possible $250,000. Fine.

WYCKOFF, NJ.- Bergen County Authorities are continuing their investigation into The Origin and Cause of a Wyckoff, New Jersey House Fire that Claimed the Life of a 79-Year-Old Woman, yesterday just shortly after 12:00 p.m.


     On Sunday, November 5, 2023, at 12:05 p.m., Members of The Wyckoff Police Department and Fire Personnel responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a House Fire located at 481 Meer Avenue in Wyckoff, New Jersey.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found the House Engulfed in Flames and found an Unresponsive Woman, later identified as Virginia Ingenito, 79, inside her Home. Ms. Ingenito was subsequently pronounced deceased shortly after being pulled from The Home.


     The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit and The Wyckoff Police Department are continuing the investigate the circumstances surrounding The Fire.

PATERSON, NJ.- After being Shot on a Paterson, New Jersey Street on October 17, 2023, a 19-Year-Old Paterson Woman loses her 17 Day Fight to Live and Tragically succumbs to her injuries on Friday and Falls Victim to The Never Ending Gun Violence in Paterson, New Jersey.


     According to Passaic County Authorities, on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 2:43 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting in the area of East Holsman and North Bridge Streets in The City of Paterson. Upon arrival, Police Officers found Two People suffering from Gunshot Wounds. 


     Both Victims were immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson. The First Victim, William Clyburn, 18, of Paterson was treated and released. The Second Victim, Zahriy Moore, 19, of Paterson was admitted in Critical Condition, and despite Life-Saving Efforts Ms. Moore succumbed to her injuries and Died Friday, November 3, 2023, at Saint Joseph's University Medical Center.


     The investigation remains Active and Ongoing. BERGENFIELD, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported, that Detectives of The Bergen County Major Crimes Unit and The Bergenfield Police Department are actively investigating the Death of a Two-Year-Old Child that occurred Late Yesterday Afternoon.


     On Sunday, November 5, 2023, just before 5:30 p.m., Members of The Bergenfield Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting an Unresponsive Child at a residence located on Brook Street in Bergenfield, New Jersey.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered a Two-Year-Old Unresponsive. The Child was immediately transported to Holy Name Medical Center and was pronounced deceased.

BREAKING: Pleasantville, New Jersey Man Charged

58-YEAR-OLD PLEASANTVILLE MAN CHARGED WITH DRUGGING AND RAPING PRETEEN GIRLS

     " Jose Castro-Vega A Convicted Child Predator, Again Has Been Charged In Connection With The Multiple Sexual Assaults On Preteens."

PLEASANTVILLE, NJ.- On Friday, October 27, 2023, a 58-Year-Old Convicted Child Predator who Failed to Register as a Sex Offender living in Pleasantville, New Jersey, once again was Arrested and Charged with Mulitple Counts of Sex Crimes on Two Children. Castro-Vega Faces Additional Charges since Five other Children came forward this week.


     Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds reported, on Friday, October 27, 2023, The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit and Detectives of The Pleasantville Police Department launched an investigation into Jose Castro-Vega, 58, of Pleasantville, New Jersey, after Two Juveniles alleged that Mr. Castro-Vega had Sexually Abused them. The investigation determined that Castro-Vega had Sexually Assaulted the Children. Accordingly, Mr. Castro-Vega with First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; Second Degree Sexual Assault; Two Counts of Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and Fourth Degree Criminal Sexual Contact.


     Further investigation into Mr. Castro-Vega uncovered that in 1992 he was Convicted and Sentenced to Prison for Sexually Assaulting a Child and was Placed on New Jersey's Megan's Law List, requiring him to Register as a Sex Offender in any jurisdiction in which he resided. In 1998 Castro-Vega was Released from Prison and moved out of State several times and Failed to Register as a Sex Offender. Because of his Failure, he was Charged with Third Degree Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. 


     Since the Start of this investigation, Five Additional Children have come forward this past week, giving Detailed Accounts of Sexual Abuse on them by Castro-Vega. Some of the accounts included that Castro-Vega allegedly Drugged some of the Children with Pills to Perform Sex Acts. The investigation has led to Castro-Vega being Charged with Additional Counts of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assaults on Four Children under the Age of Thirteen, and Fourth Degree Criminal Sexual Contact with a Fifth Child, and Multiple other Sex Crimes.


     Mr. Castro-Vega is currently being Detained at The Atlantic County Justice Facility pending Future Court Proceedings in State Superior Court.

BREAKING: UPDATE: Barnegat Township, New Jersey Man Charged In Double Homicide

34-YEAR-OLD BARNEGAT TOWNSHIP MAN CHARGED WITH MURDER FOR THE STABBING DEATH OF PARENTS

     " Michael Mulgrew Was Charged With Murder & Weapons Offenses In The Thursday Morning Fatal Stabbing Of His Mother & Father."

BARNEGAT, NJ.- A 34-Year-Old Barnegat Township, New Jersey man has been Charged in connection with the Horrific Stabbing Deaths of his Mother and Father that occurred Thursday Morning inside their Barnegat Township Home.


     According to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer, on Thursday, November 2, 2023, just before 11:00 a.m., Members of The Barnegat Township Police Department arrived at a Lincoln Avenue Residence to assist Medical Personnel who were there to perform a Mobile Outreach at the Home. 


     Upon arrival, as Police Officers approached the home they noticed a man walking away. As the man continued to walk, Officers approached the home they noticed what appeared to be Blood on the Front Door of the House. Police Officers then made entry into the home and found Blood in numerous areas of the house. When Officers entered the Bedroom they found the bodies of a man and a woman who were deceased from Multiple Stab Wounds to their upper bodies. The man was identified as Eugene Mulgrew, 71, and the woman was identified as Cheryl Mulgrew, 69, both of Barnegat, New Jersey. Police Officers also found a Knife near the bedroom.


     The man who had been observed walking away from the home was spotted in the area of West Bay Boulevard and Gunning River Road by Police Officers from Barnegat Township. The man later identified as Michael Mulgrew, 34, was Taken into Custody without incident. 


     The ensuing investigation by Ocean County Authorities quickly determined that Michael Mulgrew was responsible for The Stabbing Deaths of his Mother and Father.


     Accordingly, Michael Mulgrew was Formally Charged with Two Counts of First Degree Murder; Third Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Fourth Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. Mulgrew was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Ocean County Jail pending a Pretrial Detention Hearing, and Future Court Proceedings.

RUNNEMEDE, NJ.- A 38-Year-Old Spring, Texas man was Taken into Custody yesterday for Fatally Shooting his 30-Year-Old Wife Early Wednesday Morning at The Runnemede Days Inn Hotel, the man then Fired a Gunshot at a man while Carjacking the man's Vehicle from the Parking Lot and then Fled to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he was apprehended later in the day.


     According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, shortly before 2:00 a.m., Members of The Runnemede Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call at The Days Inn Hotel located at 101 East 9th Avenue in Runnemede on a report of a Carjacking with Shots Fired. 


     Upon arrival, Police Officers encountered a man who said he had been Carjacked. The man informed Police Officers that a man had Fired a Handgun at him, Stole his Vehicle, and then Fled.


      Police Officers then Searched the Hotel and located a woman, later identified as Ivy Morris, 30, Dead from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. 


     Following an investigation by The Camden County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Unit, The Runnemede Police Department, and The Mount Laurel Police Department, Steven Burgess, 38, of Spring, Texas was Charged with First Degree Murder for The Fatal Shooting of his Wife Ivy Morris. Burgess was located in Philadelphia and Arrested on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, by Members of The U.S. Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force, The U.S. Marshals Eastern PA Violent Crimes Task Force, Philadelphia Division, and The Philadelphia Police S.W.A.T.


     Mr. Burgess is Currently in Custody in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania pending extradition back to New Jersey where he will be Formally Charged and Detained pending Future Court Proceedings.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. More Charges will be Filed Against Mr. Burgess upon his return to New Jersey.

BARNEGAT TOWNSHIP, NJ.- Ocean County Authorities are actively investigating a Double Homicide that occurred Thursday Morning in the area of Lincoln Avenue and Bengal Boulevard in The Township.


     Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Barnegat Township Police Chief Keith A. Germain reported that Two People were Killed Today during the morning hours and a Suspect has been Taken into Custody.





     Earlier, Officials in Barnegat, Waretown, and Stafford issued a Shelter-In-Place Order for Schools as Law Enforcement Officials searched for The Suspect. Those Orders have been lifted and there is no danger to the public, according to authorities.


     Police have blocked off Lincoln Avenue where the investigation is taking place. The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information may become available once released by Authorities.

PLAINFIELD, NJ.- Two Plainfield, New Jersey men will now face the potential of spending the rest of their lives in New Jersey State Prison after being Convicted in the July 2021 Plainfield Targeted Execution Style Shooting that Left a 24-Year-Old King of Prussia, Pennsylvania woman Dead and a man Paralyzed.


     According to Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel, on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, following a Trial and Deliberating for Three Days, a Jury sitting in Union County, New Jersey Returned Guilty Verdicts Convicting Jahaad Ingram, 23, and Zaire Wallace, 30, both of Plainfield, New Jersey, of First Degree Murder; First Degree Attempted Murder; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Secon Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. The Guilty Verdicts were returned before The Honorable John Deitch, J.S.C.



     The Guilty Verdicts stem from an incident that occurred on Friday, July 8, 2021, at approximately 1:55 p.m., Members of The Plainfield Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting that a Shooting had occurred at The Intersection of Rock Avenue and West Front Street in The City of Plainfield. 



     Upon arrival, Police Officers found Two Victims suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. The First Victim, Jennifer Vorn, 24, of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania had succumbed to Gunshot Wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Second Victim, only identified as a man was immediately transported to a nearby Hospital for treatment. The man ultimately survived his injuries but has been left Permanently Paralyzed. 


     Testimony presented by The State at Trial revealed on the day of The Shooting, Mr. Ingram and Mr. Wallace followed the Two Victims in their vehicle. The Victim's Vehicle came to a stop at a Red Light on West Front Street at the intersection of Rock Avenue in Plainfield. Before the Light changed, both Ingram and Wallace jumped out of their Black Buick SUV and ran towards the Victim's Vehicle with Handguns, and then the Two Fired at Least Sixteen Rounds into the Victim's Vehicle, Killing Ms. Vorn and Seriously Injuring the man.


     Later the same evening at approximately 8:00 p.m. Wallace was stopped Driving the Black Buick SUV, and Ingram was Located in a Courtyard at The Joanne Hollis Apartment Complex. Both men were Taken into Custody and formally Charged.


     Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel commended the efforts of The Prosecution Team as well as the Detectives and Investigators of the numerous Union County Law Enforcement Agencies for their steadfast work in the investigation, apprehension, and prosecution of Mr. Ingram and Mr. Wallace.


     " I also want to thank all of the concerned citizens whose contributions were essential to the expeditious apprehension of Mr. Igram and Mr. Wallace," Prosecutor Daniel said. " Our thoughts are with the victim's families and their loved ones."

PASSAIC, NJ.- An 18-Year-Old Passaic, New Jersey man Tragically becomes the Latest Victim of the continued and senseless Gun Violence that has Plagued Passaic County, New Jersey over the past Two Years, after he succumbs to his injuries yesterday at Saint Joseph's University Medical Center, following being Gunned Down Early Saturday Morning on a quiet Passaic Residential Street.


     According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at approximately 3:16 a.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department to the area of Harrison Street and Hope Avenue in Passaic on a report of a Shooting. Upon arrival, Police Officers found Two Victims suffering from Gunshot Wounds.


     The First Victim, Edgar Guillen, 25, of Passaic, New Jersey, had succumbed to Multiple Gunshot Wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Second Victim, Kyle Schneider, 18, of Passaic, New Jersey was immediately transported to Saint Joesph's University Medical Center in Paterson, and despite Life-Saving Efforts Mr. Guillen succumbed to his injuries and Died Yesterday, November 1, 2023, at The Medical Center.

VINELAND, NJ.- Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae reported that on Friday, October 27, 2023, Michael R. Loftin, Jr., 28, of Cincinnati, Ohio was Sentenced to a Term of 20 Years in New Jersey State Prison for his Role in a 2015 Shooting Homicide that Killed Two and Injured One. The Sentence will be Subject to The No Early Release Act which will Require Mr. Loftin, Jr. to Serve Eight-Five-Percent of his Custodial Term before becoming Eligible for Parole.


     The Sentence was the result of a Trial, where a Jury sitting in Cumberland County, New Jersey, found Mr. Loftin, Jr. Guilty of One County of First Degree Conspiracy to Commit Murder, for his role in The March 8, 2015 Vineland, New Jersey Shooting Homicide. The Jury Acquitted Loftin, Jr. on Two Counts of First Degree Murder; One Count of Aggravated Assault; and Two Second Degree Weapons Offenses.


     On March 8, 2015, shortly after 12:00 a.m., Members of The Vineland Police Department responded to The 100 Block of West Grape Street in Vineland on a report of Multiple Gunshots. Upon arrival, Police Officers located a Motor Vehicle with Four People inside the vehicle. Inside the Vehicle Police Officers found Damien Mills Dead from a Gunshot Wound, Kevin Peterson had sustained Four Gunshot Wounds and later Died at the Hospital, Sharaine Randazzo was Struck in the Leg and recovered. The Fourth Victim in the Vehicle Ianneisha Gross, was not Struck by Gunfire, and escaped injury.

STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ.- Yesterday a 45-Year-Old Stafford Township man lost his life in an Explosion and Fire in his home which appears to have been caused by a Leaking Propane Tank.


     Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer reported, that on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, in the early morning hours, Members of The Stafford Township Police Department responded to a Neptune Drive Residence on a report of an Explosion and a Fire. 



     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a Man on the Front Lawn of the Home. The man was later identified as Homeowner, Kevin Thomas, 45, suffering from severe burns to his upper body. Mr. Thomas was Airlifted to Temple Burn Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased later in the day.


     An investigation by Members of The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Major Crime Unit-Arson Squad, Stafford Township Detective Bureau, Ocean County Fire Marshal's Office, and The Ocean County Sheriff's Crime Scene Unit was able to determine that the origin of the explosion was the southwest corner bedroom of the residence and the cause of the explosion was the release of propane from a tank to an open flame.

SAYREVILLE, NJ.- Middlesex County Authorities are investigating Yesterday's late afternoon Head-On Collision in Sayreville, New Jersey, which tragically Claimed the lives of Two People and left Two Others Hospitalized with Serious Injuries.


     According to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone, on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at approximately 4:11 p.m., Members of The Sayreville Police Department responded to the area of Bordentown Avenue and Waterworks Road, after receiving a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Fatal Accident.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found that a Nissan had Crashed Head-On into a Box Truck. The Driver of the Nissan and the rear Passenger seated behind the Driver had been Killed in the Collision and were pronounced deceased at the scene. The Front Passenger and the rear Passenger seated behind on the passenger side of the Nissan sustained Serious Injuries and were immediately transported to a nearby Hospital for treatment. Their condition is unknown at this time. The occupants of The Box Truck sustained minor injuries.


     The initial investigation by Middlesex County Authorities determined that the Nissan was traveling on Bordentown Road when it Crossed the Double Yellow Line and Crashed Head-On into the Box Truck.
