27-West New York Man Charged With The Multiple Sexual Assaults Of A 15-Year-Old Girl

WEST NEW YORK, NJ.- Following an investigation, on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, a 27-year-old West New York, New Jersey man was taken into custody and charged in connection with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl multiple times late last month.
According to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez, on Wednesday, Christian Felipe, 27, of West New York, New Jersey was taken into custody at his residence and formally charged with second-degree Sexual Assault; third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact.
Felipe was processed on the charges and was remanded to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending future court proceedings in Hudson County Superior Court in Jersey City, New Jersey.
During the investigation, Detectives of the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office and the West New York Police Department determined that Felipe met the teen girl in a West New York park before the assaults. The alleged assaults took place between May 22, 2024, and May 31, 2024.
"The rules of the court requires us to include a statement, that states: The charges outlined in this publication are merely accusations and the defendant and or defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt."
