While on the scene in Hasbrouck Heights, and within minutes, Detectives, and Police Officers were notified of another attempted armed robbery that had just occurred at a gas station located on Van Houten Avenue in Clifton, New Jersey. Detectives were able to identify the vehicle as a Black Dodge Challenger that was stolen from New York City on February 2, 2024, just three days before the robbery.

During a months-long extensive investigation, Detectives were able to identify the suspect as Husem Nasri, 24, of Elmwood Park, New Jersey as the individual who robbed all three locations.
