In return for the guilty plea, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office will recommend that Hajdari be sentenced to six years in New Jersey State Prison. The guilty plea stems from an investigation that began on Thursday, June 16, 2022, when members of the Teaneck Police Department responded to a report of an attempted armed robbery. Upon arriving on the scene, Police Officers learned that the victim arrived at his home, got out of his vehicle, and was approached by a suspect who pointed a firearm at him while attempting to rob him of his belongings.
