Warren County Authorities Seek Public's Help To Identify A Man In 2023 Walter's Park Sexual Contact With A Child

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ.- The Phillipsburg Police Department and the Warren County Prosecutor's Office are seeking the public's assistance in helping them to identify a man wanted in connection with a September 2023, incident involving the Sexual Contact with a minor child.
The incident occurred in September 2023 at Walter's Park in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. During the Sexual Contact, the man told the child not to tell anyone. The man is unknown to the child.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic Male, 30 to 40 Years Old, and stands Approximately 5 Foot 8 Inches, and Weighs 175 Pounds to 200 Pounds.
