One Killed Another Injured In Camden Shooting

A MONDAY NIGHT DOUBLE SHOOTING IN CAMDEN HAS LEFT ONE DEAD ANOTHER HOSPITALIZED

     "Camden County Authorities Are Actively Investigating Monday Night's Double Shooting That Killed A 56-Year-Old Man & Hospitalized Another."

CAMDEN, NJ.- A 56-Year-Old Camden man becomes the Second Person to be Killed Monday Night by Gunfire in a Double Shooting in less than a week in Camden, New Jersey.



     According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, on Monday, April 15, 2024, shortly after 7:00 p.m., Members of The Camden County Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call Reporting a Person being Shot on The 1400 Block of Carl Miller Boulevard in Camden.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found Two Adult Males suffering from Gunshot Wounds. One Victim, identified as Mark Williams, 56, of Camden City, New Jersey was immediately transported to Cooper University Hospital by Police Officers where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 7:36 p.m.


     The Second Victim, identified as a 23-Year-Old Camden City, New Jersey man was transported by Emergency Medical Services Personnel for treatment, where he remains listed in stable condition.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.
