43-YEAR-OLD PATERSON MAN FATALLY SHOT AND A 38-YEAR-OLD PATERSON MAN HOSPITALIZED

PATERSON, NJ.- A Second Paterson, New Jersey Shooting has Claimed the Life of a 43-Year-Old Paterson man and has Hospitalized another 38-Year-Old Paterson man after Gunfire Erupted for a Second Time in Paterson, New Jersey.
According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at approximately 11:53 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to Multiple Reports of a Shooting in the area of Watson and North Bridge Streets in The City of Paterson.
Upon arrival, Police Officers found Two Men each suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. Both Men were immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center, where the First Man, a 43-Year-Old Paterson Resident sustained Gunshot Wounds to his Neck and Legs, and succumbed to his injuries, and was pronounced deceased a short time later. The Second Man a 38-Year-Old Paterson Resident also sustained Gunshot Wounds to his Neck and Legs. The man remains Hospitalized in Serious but Stable Condition.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. More information may become available once it is released by Authorities.
