23-YEAR-OLD SAYREVILLE MAN SENTENCED TO PRISON FOR SEXUALLY ASSAULTING KIDS
"Kyle Finn Will Spend The Next 40 Years In Prison For The Multiple Aggravated Sexual Assaults Of Multiple Children."

SAYREVILLE, NJ.-Yesterday, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone reported, that on Friday, March 1, 2024, a 23-Year-Old Sayreville, New Jersey man was Sentenced to New Jersey State Prison for Sex Crimes against Multiple Children at Sayreville, New Jersey Daycare Center.
On Friday, The Honorable Pedro J. Jimenez, Jr., J.S.C., Sentenced Kyle Finn, 23, of Sayreville, New Jersey, to a Term of Forty Years in New Jersey State Prison for The Crimes of Aggravated Sexual Assaults and Sexual Assault. Finn's Sentence was Subject to The No Early Release Act which will require Finn to Serve Eighty-Five Percent of his Custodial Term before becoming Eligible for Parole. Judge Jimenez also ordered Finn once released to be on Parole Supervision for Life and will be required to Register as a Sex Offender according to Megan's Law Requirements.
The Sentence stems from an incident, when on October 13, 2020, The Sayreville Police Department received a report of a Sexual Assault that occurred at Superhero Schoolhouse, a Daycare Center in The Parlin Section of Sayreville. An investigation was launched and upon further investigation by Detective Matthew Kenny of The Sayreville Police Department and Detective Suzanne Kowalski of The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office, determined that Finn, a Former Teacher's Aide at Superhero Schoolhouse, Sexually Abused Multiple Children at The Daycare while they were in his care.
Following the investigation, Finn was Taken into Custody and Charged. Finn subsequently Pleaded Guilty on June 29, 2023, to Six Counts of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and One Count of Second Degree Sexual Assault.
