BREAKING: Saddle Brook, New Jersey Man Charged With Sex Crimes

20-YEAR-OLD SADDLE BROOK MAN CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD

SADDLE BROOK, NJ.- Following an investigation, on Thursday, November 17, 2023, a 20-Year-Old Saddle Brook, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged in connection with The Sexual Assault of a Child. 

     According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, on Thursday, November 17, 2023, The Division of Child Protection and Permanency contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit regarding the Alleged Sexual Assault of a Child. A Swift moving investigation by Members of The Bergen County Special Victims Unit and Detectives of The Saddle Brook Police Department were able to determine that Yabniel Martinez-Lebron, 20, of Saddle Brook, New Jersey, Sexually Assaulted the Child on at least one occasion in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.

     Accordingly, On Thursday, November 17, 2023, Mr. Martinez-Lebron was Arrested at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Paramus, New Jersey, and Formally Charged with Two Counts of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and Third Degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact.

     Mr. Martinez-Lebron was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court.
