GARFIELD, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that Detectives of The Bergen County Major Crimes Unit and The Garfield Police Department are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding last night's Shooting in Garfield, New Jersey that has left a 25-Year-Old man Hospitalized.
On Sunday, June 18, 2023, at approximately 11:45 p.m., Members of The Garfield Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting that had just occurred in a Parking Lot of 7 Jewel Street in Garfield, New Jersey.
Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 25-Year-Old Jersey City, New Jersey man suffering from Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wounds. The man was immediately transported to Hackensack University Medical Center where he remains in Stable Condition.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information may become available once released by authorities.
