OLD BRIDGE WOMAN CHARGED FOR LEAVING HER YOUNG CHILDREN UNATTENDED OVERNIGHT

OLD BRIDGE, NJ.- On Tuesday, June 26, 2023, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone reported that on Monday, June 25, 2023, a 31-Year-Old Old Bridge, New Jersey woman was Taken into Custody and Charged with Child Endangerment Offenses, for Leaving her Young Children Unattended in their home on Two Occasions.


     On Monday, June 25, 2023, at approximately 6:40 a.m., Members of The Old Bridge Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Fire in an Apartment located on Cottonwood Lane in Old Bridge, New Jersey.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers located Four Young Children who were left in The Apartment Unattended. Two of The Kids were transported to Robert Wood University Hospital for treatment. The ensuing investigation into the cause and origin of the Fire is being conducted by The Middlesex County Fire Marshal and Old Bridge Township Fire Officials. 


     An investigation by Detective Anthony Mottola of The Old Bridge Township Police Department in conjunction with Detective Daniela Castro of The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit quickly uncovered that The Mother of The Children, Estela Onofre-Maceda, 31, of Old Bridge, had left the Four Young Children unattended during the Early Morning Hours of June 25, 2023, when the Fire Started. Additionally, further investigation revealed that Ms. Onofre-Maceda left Three Children, unattended on the Night of June 23, 2023, into the Early Morning Hours of June 24, 2023.


     Accordingly, on Monday, June 25, 2023, Ms. Onofre-Maceda was Taken into Custody and Formally Charged with Seven Counts of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Onofre-Maceda was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center pending a Pretrial Detention Hearing.

NEWARK, NJ.- Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II reported that a 28-Year-Old Newark, New Jersey man to New Jersey State Prison for the 2019 Execution-Style Murder of Fred Sims, 29, of Newark, New Jersey.


     The Honorable Ronald Wigler, J.S.C, Sentenced Darryl Watson, 28, of Newark, to 60 Years for The Murder Conviction, Subject to The No Early Release Act. Watson will be required to Serve 85 Percent of the Sixty Years before becoming Eligible for Parole. Judge Wigler also Sentenced Watson to an additional Consecutive Term of 10 Years in Prison for Possessing a Firearm by a Person previously Convicted of a Felony.



     On December 9, 2022, Following a Six-Day Trial, an Essex County Jury returned Guilty Verdicts against Mr.Watson on One Count of First Degree Murder; Two Counts of Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; One Count of Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; and Six Counts of Narcotics Offenses. 


     In a separate Trial following The Murder Conviction, The Jury found Mr. Watson Guilty of Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon. In relation to a 2016 Conviction for The Distribution of Narcotics and Unlawful Gun Possession.


     The Sentence stems from when on February 7, 2019, Mr. Watson was Selling Heroin and Cocaine near The Kretchmer Elderly Housing Project in Newark, New Jersey. Video-Surveillance captured Watson Stashing Drugs and a Firearm in the rear wheel well of a Minivan. A short time later, Mr. Watson went back a retrieved the Gun from the van. Watson then approached Mr. Sims, Firing One Shot into his Head. As Mr. Sims lay on the ground, Watson then Stood over him and Fired an Additional 10 more Shots into Mr. Sims. Mr. Watson then Fled the Scene.


     Then on September 23, 2021, while awaiting Trial for the Sims' Murder, Mr. Watson was Charged with Attempted Murder for Beating a Fellow Inmate with a Microwave Oven at The Essex County Correctional Facility. On June 14, 2023, an Essex County Jury Convicted Watson of The Attempted Murder of a Fellow Inmate. Sentencing that Matter has been Scheduled for September 2023. At which time Watson will potentially face an Additional Consecutive State Prison Sentence of 20 Years.

PISCATAWAY, NJ.- Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone reported that Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the Death of a Rutgers University Male Student whose body was found yesterday at The University's Piscataway, New Jersey Campus.



     According to Rutgers Police Officials, there is No Threat to the Public. The Death does not appear to be suspicious. The final determination of Cause and Manner of Death are pending findings of The Middlesex County Regional Medical Examiner's Office.

ELIZABETH, NJ.- Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel reported that Detectives are investigating a Shooting that Killed a 28-Year-Old Roselle man, a 22-Year-Old Woman, and a 3-Year-Old Girl Hospitalized after being Struck by Gunfire Monday Night in Elizabeth, New Jersey.



     According to Authorities, on Monday, June 26, 2023, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Members of The Elizabeth Police Department responded to The 600 Block of Salem Avenue in Elizabeth on Multiple reports of People Being Shot. Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered a Man, Woman, and a 3-Year-Old Girl inside a Motor Vehicle all suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds.



     The man, later identified as Guerley Edouard, 28, of Roselle, New Jersey, was immediately transported to Trinitas Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased. A 23-Year-Old woman and a 3-Year-Old Girl were both transported to Univesity Hospital in Newark, New Jersey, where they remain Hospitalized in Stable Condition.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No Arrests have been made at this time. BREAKING: Two Charged In Union City, New Jersey Fatal Crash

MOTHER AND SON CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH FATAL CRASH THAT KILLED A CITY WORKER

     " A Union City Mother & 16-Year-Old Son Have Been Charged In A Crash The Killed A Union City Public Works Employee On June 5, 2023."

UNION CITY, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported that on Friday, June 23, 2023, a 37-Year-Old Union City, New Jersey Mother, and her 16-Year-Old Son have been Charged in connection with a Fatal Collision that Claimed the Life of a 73-Year-Old Union City Public Works Employee that occurred earlier this month in Union City, New Jersey.


     The Two were Arrested on Friday at The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Secaucus, New Jersey. The 16-Year-Old Union City Boy was Charged with Knowingly Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Collision Resulting in a Death; and Causing Death While Driving Unlicensed. The Boy's Mother, a 37-Year-Old Union City Woman was Charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution; and False Reporting to a Law Enforcement Officer. 


     The Mother and her Son were Processed on The Charges and released on a Complaint Summons pending their First Appearance in Hudson County Central Judicial Processing Court. 


     On Monday, June 5, 2023, at approximately 7:36 a.m., Members of The Union City Police Department responded to the area of Palisade Avenue and 36th Street in Union City after being notified that a Pedestrian had been Struck by a Motor Vehicle. Upon arrival, Police Officers located a man, later identified as Fortunato Rojas-Solis, 73, of Union City, New Jersey, suffering from Life-Threatening Injuries. Mr. Rojas-Solis was immediately transported to Jersey City Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased at 5:15 p.m.


     The ensuing investigation by Members of The Hudson County Regional Collision Unit determined that Mr. Rojas-Solis was Struck by a Dodge Durango that was being operated by the 16-Year-Old Boy. Mr. Rojas-Solis was Struck while working in his capacity as a Union City Public Works Employee.

BAYONNE MAN CHARGED IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF A JERSEY CITY TEEN

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported that Detectives of The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Unit and The Jersey City Police Department are continuing to investigate the circumstance surrounding The Shooting Death of a 17-Year-Old Jersey City Boy that occurred Saturday, June 24, 2023.



     On Saturday, June 24, 2023, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Members of The Jersey City Police Department responded to the area of Coles and 16th Streets in Jersey City on a report that a Shooting had just occurred. Upon arrival, Police Officers found Boy, later identified as Isaiah Velasquez, 17, of Jersey City, suffering from an apparent Gunshot Wound. 



     Mr. Velasquez was immediately transported to Jersey City Medical Center where he succumbed to his injury and was subsequently pronounced deceased at 8:57 p.m. 


     During the course of the investigation, Isaiah McCord, 22, of Bayonne, New Jersey was identified as the Shooter, and the individual responsible for The Death of Mr. Velasquez.


     On Sunday, June 25, 2023, Mr. McCord was taken into Custody at The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Secaucus, New Jersey, and Formally Charged with One Count of First Degree Murder; and Secon Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose. McCord was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his First Appearance and Potential Detention Hearing.


     The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Unit and The Jersey City Police Department are actively investigating this Homicide. PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Authorities are trying to locate a Crime Scene where an 18-Year-Old Elmwood Park, New Jersey man was Struck by Gunfire early Sunday Morning, according to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes.


     On Sunday, June 25, 2023, at approximately 4:03 a.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department were notified that an 18-Year-Old Elmwood Park man had arrived at Saint Joseph's University Medical Center, Wayne, New Jersey Campus, seeking treatment for a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound, after being shot somewhere in Paterson, New Jersey.


     The man was eventually transferred to the Paterson Campus of Saint Joseph's University Medical Center. An investigation has been initiated. At this time, Police Officers have been unable to locate a crime scene.

NEWARK, NJ.- According to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, a 30-Year-Old Newark man remains Hospitalized after a Domestic Dispute turns Violent when he opened fire on Police Officers.


     On Monday, June 26, 2023, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Members of The Newark Police Department responded to an Apartment on The 700 Block of Clinton Avenue in Newark on a report of a Domestic Dispute. Upon arrival, Police Officers encountered a man, later identified as Hakeem Murchison, 30, in the hallway. As Officers approached Mr. Murchison, he Fired at Police Officers missing both Officers. The Police Officers returned Fire, hitting Mr. Murchison.


     The Two Police Officers and Mr. Murchison were transported to University Hospital where Murchison remains Hospitalized in Stable Condition. 


     Accordingly, Mr. Murchison was Charged with First Degree Aggravated Assualt; Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; and Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose.

CAMDEN COUNTY AUTHORITIES INVESTIGATING SUNDAY AFTERNOON'S FATAL SHOOTING

     " 27-Year-Old Man Dies At The Hospital After Being Struck By Gunfire Yesterday Afternoon In Camden City."

CAMDEN, NJ.- Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay reported that Detectives are continuing their investigation into the Shooting Death of a Woodlynne, New Jersey man.


     On Sunday, June 25, 2023, at approximately 4:12 p.m., while on Patrol, Members of The Camden County Police Department heard possible Gunfire and were notified of a ShotSpotter Activation, and responded to The 900 Block of Newton Avenue in Camden City. Upon arrival, Police Officers were notified that a 27-Year-Old man, later identified as Daniel Rivera of Woodlynne, New Jersey had arrived at Cooper University Hospital seeking treatment for a Life-Threatening Gunshot Wound.


     Despite the Life-Saving Efforts by Doctors, Mr. Rivera succumbed to his injury and was subsequently pronounced deceased at 11:17 p.m., Sunday.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No Arrests have been made. BRIDGETON, NJ.- Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae reported that Detectives are continuing to investigate the tragic Shooting Death of a 16-Year-Old Milleville, New Jersey Boy who was Gunned Down last night on a Bridgeton, New Jersey Street.


     On Sunday, June 25, 2023, at approximately 8:50 p.m., Members of The Bridgeton Police Department responded to Mount Vernon Street in Bridgeton on a report of a Shooting. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 16-Year-Old Boy deceased from a Gunshot Wound.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No Arrests have been made at this time. According to Authorities, there is no threat to the public. MAYS LANDING, NJ.- Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds reported that on Friday, June 23, 2023, an Atlantic County State Superior Court Judge Sentenced Frankie Lane, 61, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to a Term of Twenty Years in New Jersey State Prison on the Charge of First Degree Aggravated Manslaughter. The Sentence is Subject to The No Early Release Act.



     On June 11, 2021, Members of The Atlantic City Police Department responded to The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City on a report of a Woman being Stabbed. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a woman inside a Hotel Room Unresponsive and Covered with a Sheet from Multiple Wounds. 


     The initial investigation by Members of The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit and Detectives of The Atlantic City Police Department were able to identify Mr. Lane as a Suspect and the individual responsible for the Stabbing Death of his Girlfriend.


     Mr. Lane surrendered to Law Enforcement Officials a few days after the Stabbing Death.

UPPER SADDLE RIVER, NJ.- On Friday, June 23, 2023, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that following an investigation into Interner Activity for the Possession and Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material, on Thursday, June 22, 2023, a 69-Year-Old Upper Saddle River, New Jersey man was taken into Custody and Charged.


     On Thursday, June 22, 2023, Members of The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Cyber Crime Unit Executed a Court Authorized Search Warrant at the Upper Saddle River Home of Frank Cirino, 69, after the conclusion of an Internet Child Pornography investigation. During the course of the investigation, Detectives determined that Mr. Cirion used the Internet to View, Download, Possess, and Distribute items Depicting Nude and or Sexually Explicit Prepubescent and Pubescent Children. In addition Mr. Cirion Engaged in Sexual Conversation with other Internet Users whom he believed to be Minor Children.


     Accordingly, Mr. Cirion was Charged with Secon Degree Distribution of Child Pornography; Third Degree Possession of Child Pornography; and Third Degree Attempted Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Cirion was Processed on the Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, New Jersey.

PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that Detectives are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the Sunday Morning Shooting that left a Paterson, New Jersey man hospitalized.


     On Sunday, June 25, 2023, at approximately 6:16 a.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center after being notified that a 23-Year-Old Paterson man had arrived there seeking treatment for a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound.


     Based on the initial investigation, Police Officers believe that the man was Struck by Gunfire in the area of Market and Madison Streets in Paterson just shortly around 6:00 a.m., Sunday Morning.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. UNION COUNTY AUTHORITIES HAVE IDENTIFIED THE BODY OF A WOMAN FOUND DECEASED IN 2020

     " The Body Of A Woman Found Along The Railroad Tracks In Elizabeth, New Jersey Has Been Identified As Jasmine Featherstone."

ELIZABETH, NJ.- Today, Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel reported, The Remains of a Woman that were discovered in June 2020, along Railroad Tracks in Elizabeth, New Jersey have been Positively Identified as that of a 23-Year-Old Elizabeth Woman and the Victim of an apparent Homicide.


     The then-unidentified Woman's Body was discovered when on June 11, 2020, Members of The Elizabeth Police Department responded to the area of The 300 Block of Port Avenue in Elizabeth, after receiving a report of remains being found along the adjacent Railroad Tracks. 


     Upon arrival, Police Officers located The Remains of a Woman who appeared to have been a Victim of Homicide. An investigation was initiated, and a subsequent autopsy determined the Manner of Death to be Homicide.



     Through the exhaustive efforts of Detectives of The Union County Homicide Task Force, The Elizabeth Police Department, and the investigative efforts and DNA Testing through Othram Labs, The Victim was recently identified as Jasmine Featherstone, 23, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, and previously from Middletown, Connecticut.

BREAKING: Paterson Man Sentenced To Prison

67-YEAR-OLD PATERSON MAN SENTENCED TO STATE PRISON FOR SEXUALLY ASSAULTING A CHILD

     " Julio Largo-Veletanga, Sentenced To 44-Years In New Jersey State Prison For The Repeated Sexual Assault Of A 10-Year-Old Girl."

PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported on Thursday, June 15, 2023, a Passaic County State Superior Court Judge Sentenced Julio Largo-Veletanga, 67, of Paterson, New Jersey to a New Jersey State Prison Term of 44-Years for the Repeated Sexual Assaults of a 10-Year-Old Girl for 3-Months inside her Paterson, New Jersey Home.


    The Sentence is a result of an Early November 2022 Trial, where Mr. Largo-Veletanga was Convicted by a Passaic County Jury on Charges that resulted from a 2020 investigation.



     On May 17, 2020, Detectives of The Paterson Police Department referred a Sexual Assault investigation involving a 10-Year-Old Girl to The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit. Whereupon, Detectives of The Specials Victims Unit interviewed Multiple Witnesses, and The Girl, who reported being Sexually Abused by Mr. Largo-Veletanga on Multiple Occasions between February 2020 and May 2020 at her Home in Paterson, New Jersey. 


     Following the investigation, Detectives concluded that there was substantial evidence that Sexual Crimes were committed and Mr. Largo-Veletanga was the individual that committed the Crimes. Accordingly, Largo-Veletanga was Charged, and in February 2021, A Grand Jury sitting in Passaic County, New Jersey returned Indictment Number 21-02-00059-I Charging Mr. Largo-Veletanga with Multiple Sexual Offenses.


     Under the terms of The Sentence Largo-Veletanga will be required to Serve 25 years of his 44-Year Custodial Term pursuant to The Jessica Lunsford Act. Upon his release from Prison, Mr. Largo-Veletanga will be on Parole Supervision for Life and further subject to Megan's Law Registration Requirements.

NEWARK, NJ.- Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens reported that Detectives of The Essex County Homicide Task Force and The Newark Police Department are actively investigating Today's Late Morning Fatal Shooting of a Florham Park, New Jersey man.


     Today, June 21, 2023, at approximately 10:33 a.m., Members of The Newark Police to a 911 Emergency Call reporting that a Shooting had occurred on The 100 Block of Weequahic Avenue in Newark. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Murad Loyal, 44, of Florham Park, New Jersey suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds.


     Mr. Loyal was immediately transported to University Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased at 11:14 a.m.

BREAKING: Arrest Made In Thursday Night Passaic Shooting

PASSAIC, NJ.- On Friday, June 19, 2023, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that following a Swift-Moving investigation a 25-Year-Old Passaic, New Jersey man was Arrested and Charged after Shooting a Passaic Teen last Thursday Night in the area of Bergen and Fourth Streets in Passaic, New Jersey.


     On Thursday, June 18, 2023, at approximately 9:35 p.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to the area of Bergen and Fourth Streets in The City on Multiple Reports of a Large Fight with Weapons Involved. Upon arrival, Police Officers located a Crime Scene, and an 18-Year-Old Passaic woman was found nearby suffering from a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound. The woman was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey for treatment.



     During the initial investigation, a Passaic Police Officer found a man, identified as Roger Palacios, 25, of Passaic, New Jersey near the Crime Scene. A subsequent search of Mr. Palacios revealed that he was in Possession of a Loaded Handgun. 


     Accordingly, Mr. Palacios was Taken into Custody and Charged with One Count of Second Degree Aggravated Assault; Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Fourth Degree Possession of a Defaced Weapon. Mr. Palacios was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Passaic County Jail. 


     The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office has Filed a Pretrial Detention Motion to have Mr. Palacios Detained pending the outcome of the Charges Filed Against him. A hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow in Passaic County State Superior Court.

EGG HARBOR, NJ.- Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds reported that a 27-Year-Old Sioux Falls, South Dakota man was Arrested on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, in Pleasantville, New Jersey for the Shooting Death of Terrance Dismuke, 30, of Atlantic City, New Jersey on Friday, June 16, 2023, in Egg Harbor City, New Jersey.


     On Friday, June 16, 2023, at approximately 4:50 p.m., Members of The Egg Harbor City Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting in The 200 Block of St. Louis Avenue in The City. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Terrence Dismuke, suffering from an apparent Gunshot Wound. Mr. Dismuke was immediately transported to an area Hospital where he succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased.


     A Swift-Moving Investigation by Detectives of The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit in conjunction with The Egg Harbor City Police Department was to Identify Dominique Woodall, 27, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, as the Suspect and the Individual responsible for The Shooting Death of Mr. Dismuke.


     Accordingly, Mr. Woodall was Charged with First Degree Murder; Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; and Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose. Mr. Woodall was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Atlantic County Justice Facility. The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office has Filed a Pretrial Detention Motion to have Mr. Woodall detained pending the resolution of The Charges Filed against him.

CLIFFSIDE PARK, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that on Monday, June 19, 2023, a Cleveland, Ohio man was Arrested and Charged with Sexually Assaulting Two Young Children last month in Cliffside Park, New Jersey. 


     On May 25, 2023, Detectives of The Cliffside Police Department contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit Regarding the Alleged Sexual Assaults of Two Children. An investigation by Members of The Cliffside Police Department in conjunction with The Bergen County Special Victims Unit quickly determined that Eduardo Camacho, 29, of Cleveland, Ohio Sexually Assault Two Children, one under the Age of 13, and one older than the Age of 13 but Younger than the Age of 16, on Multiple Occasions in Cliffside Park, New Jersey.


     Accordingly, Mr. Camacho was Taken into Custody on Monday in Cleveland, Ohio, and Formally Charged with Six Counts of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and Two Counts of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Camacho is being held at The Cuyahoga County Jail in Ohio on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant, Pending Extradition back to New Jersey.


     If Convicted on all The Charges, Mr. Camacho will Face a Potential New Jersey State Prison Term of Life of which Camacho will be required to Serve a Minimum of 25-Years before Parole Eligibility.

PASSAIC COUNTY AUTHORITIES ARE INVESTIGATING TWO SHOOTINGS IN PASSAIC NEW JERSEY

PASSAIC, NJ.- According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, Detectives are continuing their investigation into Two Shootings that occurred in the early morning hours on Sunday, June 18, 2023, in The City of Passaic.


     On Sunday, June 18, 2023, at approximately 3:42 a.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to the area of Aspen Place between State Street and Columbia Avenue on Multiple Reports of Shots Fired. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a crime scene and a 36-Year-Old Passaic man suffering from a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound. The man was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center for treatment.


     Then again, on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at approximately 5:46 a.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to the area of Parker Avenue and Brinkerhoff Place in Passaic on Multiple Reports of Shots Fired. Upon arrival, Police Officers locate a crime scene but were unable to locate a victim.


     Both Shootings are under active investigation, no Arrests have been made at this time. GARFIELD, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that Detectives of The Bergen County Major Crimes Unit and The Garfield Police Department are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding last night's Shooting in Garfield, New Jersey that has left a 25-Year-Old man Hospitalized.



     On Sunday, June 18, 2023, at approximately 11:45 p.m., Members of The Garfield Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting that had just occurred in a Parking Lot of 7 Jewel Street in Garfield, New Jersey.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 25-Year-Old Jersey City, New Jersey man suffering from Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wounds. The man was immediately transported to Hackensack University Medical Center where he remains in Stable Condition.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information may become available once released by authorities.
