22 YEAR OLD PERTH AMBOY MAN CHARGED WITH THE MURDER OF HIS FOUR MONTH OLD DAUGHTER

PERTH AMBOY, NJ.- Last night Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Perth Amboy Police Chief announced a 22-Year-Old Perth Amboy man has been Charged in connection with the tragic Death of his 4-Month-Old Daughter.
On Thursday, November 10, 2022, Members of The Perth Amboy Police Department responded to a frantic 911 Emergency Call reporting a 4-Month-Old Infant was not Breathing. Upon arrival, Police Officers found the infant unresponsive. The infant was immediately transported to Raritan Bay Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased a short time later.
An investigation conducted by Detective Gina Betancourt of The Perth Amboy Police Department and Detective Walter Kelley of The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office quickly determined that the infant died to injuries she sustained while in the care of her father, Radamez Santana, 22, of Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
On Tuesday, November 15, 2022, Mr. Santana was taken into custody and Charged in connection with the murder of infant daughter. Santana has been formally Charged with One Count of First Degree Murder; and One Count of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Mr. Santana was processed on the offenses and was lodged in The Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center pending a Pretrial Detention Hearing that will be held at The Middlesex County State Superior Court in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
