THREE BRONX MEN CHARGED WITH POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE FENTANYL

TEANECK, NJ.- On Monday, August 22, 2022, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the Arrests of Edomar Troncoso, 29, of the Bronx, New York; Hanser Hernandez-Soto, 28, of the Bronx, New York; and Jefri Dominguez, 35, of the Bronx, New York on Charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Conspiracy.
The Arrests are the result of an investigation conducted by The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.
On Thursday, August 18, 2022, after a Motor Vehicle Stop in Teaneck, New Jersey, Detectives from The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force searched two vehicles and discovered Three Kilograms of suspected Fentanyl. The investigation determined that Edomar Troncoso, Hanser Hernandez-Soto, and Jefri Dominguez were transporting the Kilograms of suspected Fentanyl packaged for sale through Bergen County, New Jersey. The Three Men were Arrested without incident.
The Three men were each Charged with Second Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance; and Second Degree Conspiracy. Following a First Appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court on Friday, August 19, 2022, all Three were released subject to Pretrial Conditions.
