20 YEAR OLD PATERSON NEW JERSEY WOMAN SHOT MULTIPLE TIMES AFTER DOMESTIC DISPUTE

     " Following A Domestic Dispute On Camden Avenue A 20-Year-Old Woman Is Hospitalized After Being Struck Multiple Times By Gunfire."

PATERSON, NJ.- On Wednesday, April 6, 2022 Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora announced that on Monday, April 4, 2022, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to a Camden Street residence in Paterson, New Jersey on a report of Shots Fired. 

     Upon arrival, Police Officers located a potential crime scene and a 20-Year-Old Paterson woman having sustained Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wounds. The woman was immediately transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey for treatment. 

     Based on the preliminary investigation, the victim was in a residence located on Camden Street in Paterson when she was struck by Gunfire. The victim will remain unidentified pursuant to the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act.
