TEANECK, NJ.- On Tuesday, January 18, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the Arrest of Neville Kennedy of Teaneck, New Jersey on Sexual Assault and Child Endangerment Charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.
On Saturday, December 12, 2021, The Teaneck Police Department contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the Alleged Sexual Assault of a Child. An investigation by The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office determined that Mr. Neville Sexually Assaulted Two Children, both of whom were under The Age of Thirteen, on multiple occasions.
As a result of the investigation, on Friday, January 14, 2022, Mr. Kennedy was Arrested in Teaneck, New Jersey and Charged with First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; Second Degree Sexual Assault; Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and Third Degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact.
Mr. Kennedy was processed on the Charges and remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
