MIDDLESEX COUNTY AUTHORITIES INVESTIGATING A THURSDAY NIGHT SHOOTING THAT HAS LEFT A NEW BRUNSWICK TEENAGER HOSPITALIZED

     " A Shooting In The Area Of Throop Avenue & Redmond Street Has Left A New Brunswick Teenager Suffering From 2 Gunshot Wounds."

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ.- On Friday, January 21, 2022 Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and New Brunswick Police Director Anthony A Caputo announce Detective are continuing to investigate the circumstance surrounding Thursday night's Shooting.



     On Thursday, January 20, 2022, at approximately 7:09 p.m., Members of The New Brunswick Police Department responded to the area of Throop Avenue and Redmond Street on a report of a Shooting. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a Teenage male victim suffering from two Gunshot Wounds.


     The victim was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of his injuries.
