VICTIM IDENTIFIED IN THE LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON FATAL SHOOTING IN TRENTON NEW JERSEY

TRENTON, NJ.- On Thursday, November 18, 2021 Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced the identity of a man that was the victim of a Fatal Shooting on Saint Joe's Avenue in Trenton, New Jersey.
On Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at approximately 5:25 p.m., Members of The Trenton Police Department responded to a Multi ShotSpotter Activation in the 300 Block of Saint Joe's Avenue.
Upon arrival, Police Officers located David Johnson, 39, of Trenton who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Mr. Johnson was immediately transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where Mr. Johnson succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased a short time later.
