PATERSON, NJ.- On Thursday, November 25, 2021 Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora announced that at approximately 9:02 p.m. on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at approximately 9:02 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey in response to a report of a shooting victim.
Upon arrival, Police Officers were notified that the victim, 27-Year-Old Khadijah Wilson of Paterson, New Jersey was transported to the hospital by way of private vehicle after being shot in the area of Park Avenue and Summer Street also in Paterson.
Ms. Wilson succumbed to her injury and was pronounced deceased at 9:13 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
No Arrests have been made and the investigation remains active and ongoing. More information may become available once it is released by authorities.
