BORDENTOWN, NJ.- A 24-Year-Old Newark New Jersey woman was fatally injured in a single car accident on The New Jersey Turnpike early Sunday morning in Burlington County, New Jersey, according to authorities.
Mabel Cerrate-Valdez, 24, of Newark, New Jersey was travelling North in the inner lanes on The New Jersey Turnpike when her vehicle left the highway, overturned and struck a bridge abutment around 7:40 a.m., Sunday, October 3, 2021 in Bordentown, New Jersey, New Jersey State Police reported.
Ms. Cerrate-Valdez's vehicle went off the roadway on the right, she was pronounced deceased at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
