NEW JERSEY'S GOVERNOR MURPHY ISSUES EXECUTIVE ORDER 272 DECLARING A STATE OF EMERGENCY FOR PENDING NOR'EASTER STORM

TRENTON, NJ.- As President Biden once again on Monday stumbled incoherently first during a visit to a North Plainfield, New Jersey Elementary School where children seemed more interested in playing with Lego Blocks rather than listening to the President, Biden then visited The New Jersey Transit Maintenance Facility in Kearny once again stumbled through his prepared speech, in an attempt to sell his massive tax and spend $3.5 or $2 Trillion Human Infrastructure Bill.
As Biden's tax and spend Human Infrastructure bill seems to be failing, Governor Murphy seizes the moment to come to the aid of the President.
Within just hours of Biden's visit Murphy signed Executive Order 272, Declaring a State of Emergency for New Jersey for the impending Nor'easter Storm. Effective 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 25, 2021, and to continue for the next several days. Murphy's order will ban all non-essential travel, and all non-essential business to close throughout all 21 Counties, and further creating school closures for today.
Since last night at 8:00 p.m. and over the past twelve hours the impending Nor'easter has produced less than 2 inches of rain fell throughout state with most of the state experiencing less than an inch. Murphy's order also was based upon heavy damaging winds with gusts up to 50 to 60 miles per hour, causing widespread downed trees and powerlines. As of 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, PSE&G reported 167 customers without power and JCP&L reported 960 customers without power, some may wonder where's the widespread damage.
Although there has been some minor flooding and ponding of water on roadways throughout the state last night, why did Murphy declare a State of Emergency for last night's storm, it's simple Biden was in New Jersey promoting his plagiarized Socialist spending package, nevertheless last night's Nor'easter will be blamed on climate change. Since taking office Biden has failed in every policy and decision he has instituted.
Murphy has failed with everything from tax increases to his Lockdowns, Mask, and Vaccine Mandates, the failed unemployment system, throughout the state, and after receiving almost $100 Million in taxes from cell carriers collected from New Jersey residents for the operation of The New Jersey's 911 call system, the system is falling and is about to be shut down, due to lack of payment of bill. The real tragedy is that Murphy waited until the day after when on Wednesday night, September 1, 2021 when the remnants of Hurricane Ida rolled through New Jersey claiming the lives of 23 New Jersey residents and causing widespread major damage throughout the state at an estimate cost of $175 Million.
If Governor Murphy had Declared a State of Emergency on September 1, 2021 in the same time frame as yesterday's State of Emergency, 23 New Jersey residents may still be alive today. Why would you even think Murphy cares about those 23 people, when he is responsible for over 8,500 deaths of New Jersey's Seniors and Veterans throughout state run facilities during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
By Declaring a State of Emergency, this will allow Murphy and his Administration to request Federal Disaster Funding which will never find its way to the people that desperately need it.
