EDISON, NJ.- In another instance where democrats think they are above the law, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone announced an Edison Township, New Jersey man has been Charged in connection with the Theft of an Election Campaign Sign.
On Monday, October 25, 2021, Rajendra Joshi, 71, of Edison, the uncle of Democratic Mayoral Candidate Sam Joshi was Charged on a Complaint Summons with One Count Of Disorderly Persons Offense By Unlawful Taking for allegedly removing an Election Campaign Sign of his nephew's Republican opponent.
An investigation by The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office determined that on Thursday, October 21, 2021 Mr. Joshi removed a Election Campaign Sign from the lawn of Delores Drive residence without receiving permission from the owner of the residence.
After the issuance of the Complaint Summons, Middlesex County Prosecutor Ciccone deemed the case closed.
