Manchester Man Detained

MANCHESTER NEW JERSEY MAN DETAINED PENDING TRIAL IN CONNECTION WITH THE FATAL DRUG OVERDOSE OF A 35-YEAR-OLD MAN

     " Dandre Tubbs Shall Remain Detained Pending The Outcome Of The Trial On A Charge Of Strict Liability For A Drug Induced Death."

TOMS RIVER, NJ.- On Wednesday, October 20, 2021 Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced that on October 20, 2021, The Honorable Guy P. Ryan, J.S.C., ordered that Dandre Tubbs, 33, of Manchester, New Jersey shall remain detained in The Ocean County Jail pending trial on the Charge of Strict Liability Drug Induced Death, in connection to the death of a 35 year-old male in Manchester, New Jersey on August 16, 2021. 



     Mr. Tubbs was previously Charged on August 19, 2021 with Three Counts of Distribution of Heroin; Two Counts of Possession of Heroin; Possession of Alprazolam; Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 


     Mr. Tubbs has been lodged in The Ocean County Jail since originally Arrested above Narcotics Charges on August 19, 2021. The detention hearing was handled by Assistant Prosecutor Lynn Juan.
