UNION CITY, NJ.- On Thursday, September 30, 2021 Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced that on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, Members of The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit arrested Charles D. Rodriguez, 51, of Union City, New Jersey on charges that he Sexually Assaulted a young girl when she was between the Ages of Six and Nine. The victim, also a Union City, New Jersey resident, is now 13-Years-Old.
Mr. Rodriguez has been Charged with Second Degree Sexual Assault; and Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Rodriguez was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just before 7 p.m. without incident.
