South Amboy Man Charged

A SOUTH AMBOY MAN HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR ALLEGEDLY INAPPROPRIATELY TOUCHING A  JUVENILE AT HIS PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT  

     " Michael Krevolt Of South Amboy, New Jersey Has Been Charged With Sexual Assault & Child Endangerment Offenses."

OLD BRIDGE, NJ.- On Thursday, September 16, 2021 Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Old Bridge Acting Police Chief Joseph Mandola announced that a South Amboy man has been arrested and charged with inappropriately touching a Seventeen-Year-Old male victim in the presence of a child.

     On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, Michael Krevolt, 49, of South Amboy, New Jersey was charged with One Count of Second Degree Sexual Assault; One Count of Fourth Degree Criminal Sexual Contact; and Two Counts of Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

     Mr. Krevolt was charged following an investigation conducted by Old Bridge Police Detective Jessica Caffey and Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office Detective Jose Rosario, revealed that on Sunday, September 12, 2021, Mr. Krevolt touched the victim in the presence of another juvenile at The Burger King located in Old Bridge, New Jersey, where Mr. Krevolt was employed.

     Mr. Krevolt was processed on the Charges and remanded to The Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center, where he is detained pending a Pretrial Detention Hearing in State Superior Court.
