JERSEY CITY, NJ.- On Tuesday, September 21, 2021 Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced that Four Jersey City Men have been Arrested and Charged for The Sexual Assault of a 14-Year-Old Bayonne, New Jersey Girl who they met after she ran away from home earlier this month.
Nasire Williams, 26, has been Charged with Second Degree Sexual Assault; Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and Fourth Degree Criminal Sexual Contact. Mr. Williams was arrested at The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2021.
Elijah Sparkman, 21, has been Charged with Second Degree Sexual Assault; and Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Sparkman was arrested at The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just after 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021.
Deveon Palms, 19, has been Charged with Second Degree Sexual Assault; and Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Palms was arrested at The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just after 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
Xavier Feliciano, 23, has been Charged with Second Degree Sexual Assault; and Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Feliciano was arrested at The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Jersey City just before 1 p.m. on Friday, September 17, 2021.
Hudson County Prosecutor Suarez credited The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and The Jersey City Police Department for the investigation and arrest.
