THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION DEALT A BLOW OVERNIGHT BY THE U.S. SUPREME COURT THAT TRUMP'S REMAIN IN MEXICO POLICY STANDS

     "Supreme Court Puts An End To Biden Violating Federal Immigration Laws, Lets See How Vice President Harris Addresses The Root Causes Of immigration Now."

WASHINGTON, DC.- The Supreme Court has ruled in a 6-3 Majority that The Biden Administration must immediately reinstate " The Remain In Mexico" policy which began under the prior administration. The Court stated that The Biden Administration failed to show that its June Memorandum repealing the policy was not "Arbitrary and Capricious." The Court's three liberal Justices dissented.

     The Court's ruling puts an end to The Biden Administration's attempt to avoid a Federal District Court ruling issued last Friday which required Biden to continue enforcing Former President Trump's Policy.

     The "Remain In Mexico" Policy, instituted by Trump on January 25, 2019, which requires immigrants and asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while waiting their Immigration Court Proceeding to be heard in The United States. The policy was implemented as part of Trump's Migration Protection Protocols and followed through with his Administration's aim of reducing numbers of illegal immigration within The United States.

     Since taking office, Biden has tried to reverse everyone of Trump's immigration policies, a reversal that has created one of the most catastrophic Humanitarian Crises and National Security issues that the nation has experienced in the past fifty years.

     Biden and his Administration has been complicit in not only violating Federal Immigration Laws, but also allowing Human Trafficking and illicit narcotics to flow over our Southern Border in record breaking levels, and also subjecting migrants to life-threatening conditions as the make the journey north.
