Allentown Pennsylvania Man Charged

ALLENTOWN PENNSYLVANIA MAN CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH AN ALLEGED ROAD RAGE INCIDENT IN WARREN COUNTY NEW JERSEY

     " Seth Grim Of Allentown, Pennsylvania Charged With Terroristic Threats In Connection With Allegedly Pointing An Imitation Firearm At Another Motorist On Interstate 78."

POHATCONG TOWNSHIP, NJ.- On Tuesday, August 24, 2021 Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer announced the arrest of Seth Grim, 35, of Allentown, Pennsylvania on Charges in connection with an alleged road rage incident which occurred on Thursday, August 19, 2021 on Interstate Route 78 in Pohatcong Township, New Jersey.


     The charges allege that while driving on Interstate 78 in Pohatcong Township, Mr. Grim pointed a firearm and made threatening gestures towards the victim. After receiving the report Members of The New Jersey State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Grim's Vehicle, and a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed an imitation firearm inside of the vehicle.


     Mr. Grim was arrested and formally Charged with One Count of Third Degree Terroristic Threats; One Count of Fourth Degree Possession of an Imitation Firearm; and One Count of a Disorderly Persons Offense of Harassment.


     Mr. Grim was processed and released on a summons pending further Court Proceedings in State Superior Court. Mr. Grim, if convicted on the Charges faces a maximum sentencing of Five Years in New Jersey State Prison.
