Warren County Man Sentenced To State Prision

 A PREVIOUSLY CONVICTED BURGLAR HAS BEEN SENTENCED TO STATE PRISON FOR ASSAULT ON AN INDIVIDUAL AND POLICE OFFICER

     " Tyler Lusardi-Paz Has Been Sentenced This Morning To A Seven Year Prison Sentence On Aggravated Assault & Resisting Arrest Charges."

BELVIDERE, NJ.- On Friday, July 23, 2021 Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer announced the sentencing of Tyler Lusardi-Paz to a term of Seven Years in New Jersey State Prison.


     On July 25, 2019, a Warren County Grand Jury returned an indictment against Tyler Lusardi-Paz, 30, of Washington Township, New Jersey, on eight criminal assault charges related to his assault on an unnamed victim, and a subsequent assault on a Police Officer that responded to the attack.



     On May 25, 2021, Lusardi-Paz pleaded guilty to a Two-Count Accusation Charging, Second Degree Aggravated Assault and Third Degree Resisting Arrest by Use or Threat of Physical Violence.


     On Friday morning, July 23,2021, The Honorable H. Matthew Curry, J.S.C., sitting in Warren County Superior Court sentenced Lusardi-Paz to a Seven Year Term of Incarceration in New Jersey state Prison with a 85% Term of Service before Parole Eligibility.


     Lusardi-Paz is currently incarcerated in The Warren County Correctional Center pending his transfer of the custody to The New Jersey State Department of Corrections.
