A PHILLIPSBURG MAN ARRESTED ON NARCOTICS DISTRIBUTION CHARGES

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ.- On Friday, June 18, 2021, Warren County Prosecutor James L.Pfeiffer announced the arrest of Johnathan Neceda, 32, of Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
Following a Five-week investigation into Narcotics Distribution in Mansfield Township, New Jersey, which involved the purchases of both Heroin and Methamphetamine from Johnathan Neceda. Mr Neceda was arrested and charged with Six Narcotics Distribution charges, in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
The investigation was a collaborative effort by The Hackettstown Police Department, The Mansfield Township Police Department, The Phillipsburg Police Department, The Washington Township Police Department, and The Warren County Prosecutor's Office Narcotics Task Force.
Mr. Neceda has been charged with Two Counts of Third Degree Distribution of CDS, (Heroin); Two Counts of Third Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS, (Heroin); One Count of Third Degree Distribution of Methamphetamine; and One Count of Third Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
The sentencing exposure for each of the Third Degree Offense carries a maximum sentence of five years in New Jersey State Prison.
Mr. Neceda was processed and the transported to The Warren County Jail, were he is lodged pending first appearance before a Warren County Superior Court Judge.
