21-YEAR-OLD MAN SHOT YESTERDAY IN PATERSON NEW JERSEY
" A Paterson Man Was Shot Yesterday In The Area Of North Main & Jefferson Streets."

PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes and Paterson Police Chief, announce that at approximately 5:47 p.m., yesterday, June 4, 2021, members of The Paterson Police Department were dispatched to the area of North Main Street and Jefferson Street in Paterson, New Jersey, on a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival members of The Paterson Police Department located evidence of a crime scene, but were unable to locate a victim. A short time later members of The Paterson Police Department were advised that a 21-year-old male Paterson resident arrived at Saint Joseph's Regional Medical Center, in Paterson, New Jersey seeking medical treatment for non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
Based on the initial investigation, the victim told police that he was walking in the area of North Main and Jefferson Street, whe he was shot.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information will be released as it becomes available.
