BERGEN,NJ.- Authorities arrested a Bergen County music teacher accused of having sexual conversations with a child, and sending child pornography, authorities reported.
Kyle Kubicki, 29, of Wayne, was arrested and charged with child endangerment and providing obscenity to a minor, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella,stated. Kubicki was a music and band teacher at Northern Highlands Regional High School. Kubicki was referred as a former teacher, according to the statement.
A tip on Monday, to the office's Special Victims Unit, lead to Kubicki's arrest. According to the statement, he was accused of having inappropriate conduct with a child under the age of 18. Ho-Ho-Kus Police received similar tip, according to authorities.
Authorities allege that Kubicki had sexual conversations with a child and sent pornography for "the purpose of self-gratification", according to authorities.
As of late Thursday afternoon, Kubicki was being held in The Bergen County Jail, pending his first appearance, according to records at the jail.
