40-Year-Old Brick Township Man Charged With Multiple Narcotics Offenses

BRICK TOWNSHIP, NJ.- Following a multi-agency investigation, a 40-year-old Brick, Township New Jersey man was taken into custody in early May and charged with multiple narcotics possession and distribution offenses.
According to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer, on May 9, 2024, following a two-month investigation into illicit narcotics distribution throughout the Ocean County, New Jersey area. The investigation uncovered that a residence in Brick Township was being used by Brandon O'Shea, 40, of Brick Township to package, store, and distribute cocaine and marijuana.
Detectives executed a court-authorized search warrant on the residence. During the search of the residence Detectives located and seized approximately 100 grams of suspected cocaine, 80 grams of methamphetamine, 8 grams of heroin, more than five pounds of marijuana, and various THC products, and $333,000 in cash.
Following the search, on May 9, 2024, O'Shea was taken into custody and formally charged with Possession of One-Half Ounce or More of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute; Possession of One-Half Ounce or More of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute; Possession of Five Pounds of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute; Possession of Less than One-Half Ounce of Heroin with the Intent to Distribute; Possession of Cocaine; Possession of Methamphetamine; Possession of Heroin; Possession of Cocaine, Heroin, and Marijuana, with the Intent to Distribute Within 1000 Feet of School Property; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Financial Facilitation.
O'Shea was processed on the charges and was transported to the Ocean County Jail, and was subsequently released under New Jersey Bail Reform Laws.
