PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding a Sunday Afternoon Shooting that injured a Paterson, New Jersey Teen.
According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at approximately 2:39 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting in the area of 12th Avenue and Auburn Street in The City of Paterson.
Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 16-Year-Old Victim suffering from Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wounds. The Teen was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center for Treatment. Police were able to find evidence of The Crime Scene at the location.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made as Authorities continue their Search for The Gunman.
