BREAKING NEWS: Three Men Charged With Regulatory Firearms Violations In Ongoing Homicide Investigation

THREE MEN WERE CHARGED ON FRIDAY WITH FIREARMS VIOLATIONS AMID INVESTIGATION INTO IMAN'S SHOOTING DEATH

     "3 Men Were Arrested Inside A Newark Residence On Friday & Charged With A Regulatory Firearms Violation."

NEWARK, NJ.- Yesterday, Essex County Prosecutor's Office Robert Florida reported, that on Friday, January 26, 2024, Three Men were Arrested inside a Newark, New Jersey Residence. All Three Men, Abdush K. Sharif, 36, Kevin Rogers, 46, and Dashawn Kinchen were all Charged with Fourth Degree Violation of Regulatory Provisions Relating to Firearms.

     Mr. Sharif and Mr. Rogers were being Detained in The Essex County Correctional Facility pending a Detention Hearing. Mr. Kinchen was Released on a Complaint Summons pending Future Court Proceedings in Essex County Superior Court.

     The Charge stems from the Ongoing Investigation into The Shooting Death of Iman Hassan Sharif, who was Gunned Down outside his Newark Mosque earlier this month.

     The investigation into Iman Hassan's Murder remains Active and Ongoing.
