BERGENFIELD, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported, that Following an Investigation a 54-Year-Old Bergenfield, New Jersey man and a 33-Year-Old Brooklyn, New York woman were both Charged after an Infant Child Ingested Cocaine while the Child was in Their Care.


     On Monday, January 29, 2024, The Bergenfield Police Department received a 911 Emergency Call reporting an Infant Experiencing a Medical Emergency. The Child was transported to an area Hospital for treatment. While at the Hospital Testing revealed that The Child had Ingested a Controlled Dangerous Substance that was Determined to be Cocaine.


     The ensuing investigation by Members of The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in conjunction with The Bergenfield Police Department determined that Raymond Sylvester, 54, of Bergenfield, New Jersey, and Leshawnda Nixon, 33, of Brooklyn, New York, allowed the Infant to be Exposed and ultimately Ingest the Cocaine.


     Accordingly, on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, Mr. Sylvester and Ms. Nixon were Taken into Custody in Hackensack, New Jersey and each was Charged with Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and Third Degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.


     The Two were Processed on The Charges and were Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court. The condition of The Child is Unknown at this time.

ELIZABETH, NJ.- According to Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel, on Friday, January 26, 2024, a Union County Superior Court Judge Sentenced a 26-Year-Old Rahway, New Jersey woman to New Jersey State Prison for The 2020 Stabbing Death of her 58-Year-Old Mother.



     Following a Three-Week trial before Union County Superior Court Judge Thomas Isenhour, on Friday, November 3, 2023, Malika Jones, 26, of Rahway, New Jersey was Found Guilty on a Charge of Aggravated Manslaughter. On Friday, January 26, 2024, during a Court Hearing, Judge Isenhour Sentenced Ms. Jones to a Term of 10 Years in New Jersey State Prison. The Sentence is Subject to The No Early Release Act which will require Ms. Jones to Serve Eighty-Five Percent of her Custodial Term before becoming eligible for Parole.


     The Sentence and Conviction stem from an incident, when on Sunday, February 16, 2020, shortly after 3:00 p.m., Members of The Rahway Police Department responded to a Residence located on The 100 Block of East Albert Street in Rahway, on a report of a Stabbing. Upon arrival, Police Officers found Inell Jones, 58, deceased from an Apparent Stab Wound. Malika Jones was Taken into Custody at that time.


     "While this sentence does not bring Mrs. Inell Jones back, we hope it can bring some relief to all those in mourning," said Union County Prosecutor Daniel. "I commend the dedicated efforts of Assistant Prosecutor Robert Grady, Sergeant Christopher Scuorzo, Detective Ryan Kirsh, Lieutenant Danika Ramos, and Detective Kevin Stanicki for their exceptional work on this case."

BREAKING NEWS: Juvenile Charged With Murder In Old Bridge, New Jersey Hit & Run

17-YEAR-OLD NOW CHARGED WITH MURDER AFTER 61-YEAR-OLD MAN DIES FROM INJURIES

     "Charges Upgraded After Man Succumbs To His Injuries After Being Run Down Following An Altercation."

OLD BRIDGE, NJ.- Charges against a 17-Year-Old Boy have been Upgraded to Murder, after a 61-Year-Old man whom the Teen Ran Down in the Parking Lot of a Wawa Convenience Store in Old Bridge, New Jersey, on December 4, 2023, Dies of his Injuries last week.


     According to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone, on December 4, 2023, shortly after 7:30 a.m., Members of The Old Bridge Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Pedestrian had been Struck by a Motor Vehicle at The Wawa Convenience Store located on Route 34 in Old Bridge.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found Andrew Padulano, 61, of Old Bridge, New Jersey who sustained Serious Injuries after being Struck by a Motor Vehicle. Mr. Palulano was immediately transported to Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge and was later transferred to Jersey Shore Regional Medical Center. 


     A subsequent investigation by Officer Henry Penley of The Old Bridge Police Department and Sergeant Jonathan Berman of The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office determined that Padulano a Wawa Employee, was Struck by a Ford F-150 being operated by a Juvenile following an Altercation between the Two. After Running Down Mr. Padulano, The Juvenile Fled The Scene. 


     Further, Authorities were able to identify the 17-Year-Old Boy as the operator of The Ford F-150, and the Teen was Taken into Custody and Formally Charged with First Degree Attempted Murder; Third Degree Leaving the Scene of a Crash Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, and other Offenses. Following a Hearing the Teen was released by the Court.


     On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, Mr. Padulano sadly succumbed to his injuries and died of the Injuries he sustained. Following Mr. Padulano's Death, The Charges against the Teen were Upgraded to First Degree Murder; and Second Degree Leaving the Scene of a Crash Resulting in Death. The Teen will remain on Home Detention and has been Scheduled for a February Court Hearing.

BREAKING NEWS: Newark, New Jersey Man Convicted For 2019 Murder

31-YEAR-OLD NEWARK MAN WAS CONVICTED ON FRIDAY FOR THE 2019 MURDER OF A NEWARK MAN

     "Ryan Mwangi Was Found Guilty Of Murder & Weapons Offenses In The May 2019 Shooting Death Of Kenneth Thomas."

NEWARK, NJ.- Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II reported, on Friday, January 26, 2024, that a Jury sitting in Essex County, New Jersey, returned Guilty Verdicts against Ryan Mwangi, 31, of Newark, New Jersey on The Charges of First Degree Murder; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.



     The Conviction stems from an incident, when on May 13, 2019, Members of The Newark Police Department responded to a Shooting on Renner Avenue in Newark. When Police Officers arrived at that location they found Kenneth Thomas, 31, of Newark, New Jersey, Dead inside his Car, from Multiple Gunshot Wounds.


     The subsequent investigation by Members of The Essex County Prosecutor's Office and Detectives of The Newark Police Department determined that Mr. Mwangi Gunned Down Mr. Thomas as he sat in his car and then Fled the Scene in a Stolen BMW. An Autopsy revealed that Mr. Thomas Died from Eight Gunshot Wounds. 


     The Conviction was Returned on Friday before The Honorable Patrick Arre, J.S.C. who has Scheduled Sentencing in The Matter for March 22, 2024, at which time Mr. Mwangi will Face a 30 Years to Life in New Jersey State Prison. Mr. Mwangi is also Facing Two Additional Cases in Essex County, One for Attempted Murder and Weapons Offenses. and another for Simple Assault.


     "The jury's verdict has brought justice to Kenneth Thomas and his family," said Assistant Prosecutor Jacqueline Bilinkas, who tried the case with Jenna Ventola, also an Assistant Prosecutor. "Finding him guilty and holding him responsible for his actions will hopefully deter others from committing senseless acts of violence."

WASHINGTON, DC.- The United States Department of Justice has Launched a Criminal Investigation into U.S. House Representative Cori Bush, (D-MO) over The Misspending of Federal Security Funds.


     The Department of Justice has Subpoenaed The House Sergeant Arms, The U.S. House's Top Law Enforcement Official, for Financial Records relating to the Alleged Misspending of Funds, according to numerous sources with direct knowledge about the probe, according to Punchbowl News.


     Bush, who was first elected in 2020, and began serving as Missouri Democratic House Representative in 2021, has not given a statement into the Allegations. A Member of The Squad of Progressive Female Lawmakers was a Vocal Advocate of The Defund The Police Movement. 


     The investigation focuses on Bush's Spending of over $750,000. since taking Office, Monies that included over $60,000. to her now Husband who had No Security Training or held any Security Licensing in Missouri or in Washington, DC.

NEWARK, NJ.- Yesterday, Essex County Prosecutor's Office Robert Florida reported, that on Friday, January 26, 2024, Three Men were Arrested inside a Newark, New Jersey Residence. All Three Men, Abdush K. Sharif, 36, Kevin Rogers, 46, and Dashawn Kinchen were all Charged with Fourth Degree Violation of Regulatory Provisions Relating to Firearms.


     Mr. Sharif and Mr. Rogers were being Detained in The Essex County Correctional Facility pending a Detention Hearing. Mr. Kinchen was Released on a Complaint Summons pending Future Court Proceedings in Essex County Superior Court.


     The Charge stems from the Ongoing Investigation into The Shooting Death of Iman Hassan Sharif, who was Gunned Down outside his Newark Mosque earlier this month.


     The investigation into Iman Hassan's Murder remains Active and Ongoing.

HACKENSACK, NJ.- Following an investigation, on Monday, January 29, 2024, a 39-Year-Old North Bergen, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged with Cyber Crimes against Multiple Victims.


     According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, Yesterday, Detectives of The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Executed a Court Authorized Search Warrant at the home of Sarju Patel, 39, of North Bergen, New Jersey, During a Stalking Investigation. 


     The investigation determined that Mr. Patel Created Social Media Accounts, Utilizing Numerous Vanity Names in the Likeness of Victims. Further, Patel Posted Photographs of the Victims, "Check-In" Online at various locations associated with Victims and Their Family Members. Also, Patel Sent Physical Letters to the Workplace of one of the Victims, placing the Victims and their Families in Fear of Physical and Emotional Harm.


     Accordingly, on Monday, January 29, 2024, Mr. Patel was Taken into Custody at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Paramus, New Jersey, and Formally Charged with Fourth Degree Stalking; Fourth Degree Cyber-Harassment; and a Disorderly Persons Offense of Harassment. 


     Mr. Patel was Processed on The Charges and was Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending his First Appearance in Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- A 45-Year-Old Union City, New Jersey man has been Charged in connection with a Hit and Run that occurred on December 20, 2023, that left a 71-Year-Old Jersey City, New Jersey man Hospitalized with Serious Injuries.


     According to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez, on Friday, January 26, 2024, Detectives of The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit Formally Charged Marvin Flores Ortiz, 45, of Union City, New Jersey with Third Degree Knowingly Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Collision Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury; and Third Degree Endangering an Injured Victim.


     Mr. Flores was Taken into Custody at The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Secaucus, New Jersey. After being Processed on The Charges, Mr. Flores Ortiz was Released on a Complaint Summons pending his First Appearance which has been Scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, 2024, in Hudson County Central Judicial Processing Court.


     The Charges stem from an incident, when on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, shortly after 11:00 a.m., Members of The Jersey City Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Pedestrian had been Struck by a Motor Vehicle in the area of Central Avenue and Ferry Street in Jersey City.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 71-Year-old man who had sustained Serious Injuries. The man was immediately transported to Jersey City Medical Center for Treatment.


     An ensuing investigation by Members of The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and The Jersey City Police Department were able to determine that Mr. Flores Ortiz was Operating a Motor Vehicle that Struck the man and then Fled the Scene, leaving the man Seriously Injured in the Roadway.

WASHINGTON, DC.- Today, The Pentagon gave limited details on how Iran had the Intelligence to be able to Fly an Unmanned Drone Early Sunday Morning into a Remote Military Outpost called Tower 22, in Northern Jordan Killing Three and Leaving 47 suffering from Injuries ranging from Minor Cuts to some sustaining Traumatic Brain Injures while the Slept in their Living Quarters.



     In a Brief Press Release early this afternoon, The Department of Defense released the Names of The Three as Sgt. William Jerome Rivers, 46, of Carrollton, Georgia, Spc. Kennedy Landon Sanders, 24, of Waycross, Georgia, and Spc. Breonna Alexsondria Moffett, 23, of Savannah, Georgia. All Three were assigned to The 718th Engineer Company, 926th Engineer Battalion, 926th Engineer Brigade, Fort Moore, Georgia.


     Further, according to The Defense Department, The Three Died, when a One-Way Unmanned Ariel System (OWUAS) impacted their container housing unit. The incident is under investigation.


     In a White House Press Briefing and a Pentagon Press Briefing, both Admiral John Kirby and Assistant Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh vowed that The U.S. would respond Militarily to the attack at a Time and Manner of Choosing, but didn't want to Escalate a War with Iran. Many would come to the conclusion that Iran has already declared war on The United States.


     Since October 17, 2023, there have been 165 Attacks on U.S. Military Bases throughout the Middle East, leaving Five Dead, including Two Navy Seals. The Attacks have also left more than Eight Military Sevice Personnel Injured.

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- A 71-Year-Old Jersey City, New Jersey man was Charged on Friday, January 26, 2024, in connection with an October 20, 2023, Jersey City, Hit and Run Crash that Tragically Claimed the Life of an Eight-Five Year Jersey City Man.


     According to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez, On Friday, January 26, 2024, Members of The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit Arrested Mohammad Ali, 71, of Jersey City, New Jersey. Mr. Mohammad was Taken into Custody at The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Secaucus and Formally Charged with Second Degree Knowingly Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Collision Resulting in Death; and Third Degree Endangering an Injured Victim. 


     After being Processed on The Charges and Released on a Complaint Summons pending his First Appearance which has been Scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, 2024, in Hudson County Central Judicial Processing Court.


     The Charges stem from an investigation, when on Friday, October 20, 2023, at approximately 6:45 p.m., Members of The Jersey City Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call, reporting a Pedestrian had been Struck by a Motor Vehicle in the area of Fairview and Monticello Avenues in Jersey City.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers located a man, later identified as Mumtaz Chaudhry, 85, of Jersey City unresponsive on the roadway in the area of Fairmount and Summit Avenues. Mr. Chaudhry was pronounced deceased at the scene.

PATERSON, NJ.- Two Paterson, New Jersey men find themselves Hospitalized after being Struck by Gunfire Early Monday Morning on a Paterson Street as residents of Passaic County, New Jersey brace themselves for another Year of Senseless Gun Violence across The County of Passaic.


     According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Monday, January 29, 2024, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting in the area of Main and Hillman Streets in Paterson, New Jersey.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found Two Victims, an 18-Year-Old Paterson man and a 30-Year-Old Paterson man both suffering from Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wounds. Both men were immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center for treatment. 


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. WOODLAND PARK, NJ.- A 42-Year-Old Far Rockaway, New York man remains Hospitalized after being Struck by Gunfire Early Sunday Morning on Route 46 in Woodland Park, New Jersey.


     According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Sunday, January 28, 2024, just shortly before 2:00 a.m., Members of The Woodland Park Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting in the area of Route 46 and Browertown Road in Woodland Park.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 42-Year-Old Far Rockaway, New York man suffering from a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound to his upper body. The man was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center for treatment. The man's condition is unknown at this time.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. BREAKING: Newark, New Jersey Homicide Investigation Continues

40-YEAR-OLD NEWARK MAN FOUND BEATEN TO DEATH YESTERDAY AFTERNOON OUTSIDE A BUILDING

NEWARK, NJ.- A 40-Year-Old Newark, New Jersey man becomes The Sixth Person to be Killed in January in the continued Violence plaguing The City of Newark after he was found Beaten to Death outside a Stone Street Building.


     According to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, on Friday, January 26, 2024, just around 12:30 p.m., Members of The Newark Police Department responded to a Service Call requesting assistance on The 100 Block of Stone Street in The City of Newark.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Michael Castro, 40, of Newark, New Jersey, outside at that location suffering from Head Trauma and Lacerations. Mr. Castro was pronounced dead at 12:53 p.m.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. Detectives are continuing their investigation and searching for a suspect.

NEWARK, NJ.- On Thursday, following a Re-Trial in Essex County Superior Court, a Jury has once again found Edwin Andujar Guilty of Murder and Weapons Offenses for The August 7, 2014, Brutal Stabbing Death of his Wheel-Chair Bound Roommate, Thomas Parent inside their Belleville, New Jersey Apartment.



     According to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, on August 7, 2014, Members of The Belleville Police Department responded to 26 Wallace Street, 2nd Floor Apartment in Belleville on a Report of a Stabbing. 


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Thomas Parent, 59, of Belleville, New Jersey, Sitting in a Wheelchair, suffering from Multiple Stab Wounds. Mr. Parent was immediately transported to an area hospital where on August 12, 2013, Mr. Parent succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.


     Following a Trial in 2017, Mr. Andujar was Convicted of Murder and Related Weapons Offenses, and Andujar was Sentenced to 30 Years to Life in New Jersey State Prison. The Conviction was overturned and a new Trial was Ordered.


     On Thursday, January 25, 2024, Following a Multi-Week Re-Trial before Essex County Superior Court Judge Michael L. Ravin, The Jury again Convicted Andujar of First Degree Murder; Third Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Fourth Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.


     As in the First Trial, a Witness testified that Andujar was seen Standing over Mr. Parent with a Bloody Steak Knife in his Hand. The Witness then called The Police, and upon arrival, Andujar told the Officer "I stabbed him, I couldn't take it anymore." 


     "This defendant brutally stabbed Thomas Parent approximately a dozen times in the stomach and twice in the back as he sat defenseless in his wheelchair. It was an unthinkable, cowardly, intentional act. The defendant's claim of self-defense didn't stand up against the facts, the evidence, and even his own statements made at the time of the murder. We and the family of the victim are very grateful that the jury came to the same conclusion," said Assistant Prosecutor Michele Miller.


     Assistant Prosecutor Monica Calderon, who tried the case with Miller, said, "We would like to thank the jury for their hard work and their just verdict. This was not a case of self-defense, but a deliberate attack on a vulnerable victim. We hope this verdict brings Thomas Parent's family some degree of closure."


     Sentencing in the matter has been Scheduled for April 5, 2024, in Essex County Superior Court at which time Andujar will Face a Term of Life in New Jersey State Prison.

EAST WINDSOR, NJ.- An Early Thursday Morning Verbal Altercation turns Physical leaving a 58-Year-Old Father Dead and his 23-Year-Old Son Charged in connection with his Death inside their East Windsor, New Jersey Residence.



     According to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri and East Windsor Police Chief Jason A. Hart, on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at around 7:00 a.m., Members of The East Windsor Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call on a report of an Unconscious Man at a Twin Rivers Drive North Residence in East Windsor.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Edgar Chavarria, 58, a tenant of the residence, on the kitchen floor Bleeding from his Head and Face. Mr. Chavarria was pronounced deceased at the scene.


     A subsequent investigation by Members of The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and The East Windsor Police Department determined that Mr. Chavarria got into a Verbal Argument with his Son, Yu Chavarria, 23, when the Argument turned Physical, with the Son Striking his Father in the Face Multiple Times with his Fists and then once in the Head.


     Following the investigation, Yu Chavarria was Taken into Custody and Charged with One Count of Second Degree Manslaughter. Mr. Chavarria was Processed on The Charge and Transported to The Mercer County Correctional Center pending Future Court Proceedings in Mercer County Superior Court.

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported that Yesterday, Members of The Hudson County Special Victims Unit Arrested and Charged Nestor Moreno, 28, of Jersey City, New Jersey for a Sex Crime that involved a Female Child. The Crimes occurred on Multiple Occasions in Jersey City in 2019 when the Girl was 9-Years-Old. The Girl and Moreno were known to each other.


     Moreno was Taken into Custody at The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Secaucus, New Jersey, and Formally Charged with One Count of Second Degree Sexual Assault by Contact; and Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Following his Arrest, Moreno was Remanded to The Hudson County Correctional Facility pending Future Court Proceedings in Hudson County Superior Court.

BRIDGETON, NJ.- A Jury Sitting in Cumberland County, New Jersey has Returned Guilty Verdicts against Marvin Stidham,64, of Millville, New Jersey on The Charges of Second Degree Sexual Assault; and Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.


     According to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae, the Conviction stems from an investigation, when between the period of June 1, 2021, through November 11, 2021, Mr. Stidham engaged in Sexual Contact with a Four-Year-Old Girl in Commercial Township, New Jersey. The investigation was conducted by The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office and The New Jersey State Police.


     Sentencing is Scheduled for April 21, 2024, at which time Mr. Stidham faces up to 10 Years in New Jersey State Prison subject to The No Early Release Act, which requires him to serve Eighty-Five Percent of his Custodial Term before becoming eligible for Parole. The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office has Filed a Motion to have Mr. Stidham Sentenced to an Extended Term. If The Court Grants the Motion, Mr. Stidham will Face 15 Years to 25 Years in State Prison. Stidham will also be required to Register under Megan's Law and will be on Parole Supervision for Life.

FREEHOLD, NJ.- According to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago, a 36-Year-Old Middletown Police Officer has been Charged with Shoplifting and Attempted Shoplifting after Stealing Items from Multiple Locations of a Discount Department Store.



     On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, Brenden B. Santiago, 36, of Tinton Falls, New Jersey was Taken into Custody and Formally Charged with One Count of Third Degree Shoplifting; and One Count of Fourth Degree Attempted Shoplifting.


     Following an investigation by Members of The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office Professional Responsibility Unit and The Middletown Police Department determined from Mid-To-Late December 2023, Offices Santiago successfully Skip-Scanned Items, scanning multiple Less-Expensive Items and not scanning More-Expensive Items, or Pretending to Scan them and the Leaving the Store without Paying for them on Six Separate Occasions.


     On one occasion, Santiago was wearing his Middletown Police Department Uniform while he committed the Theft. On Saturday, January 9, 2024, Santiago was Observed once again Skip-Scanning Items and attempted to leave the Store without Paying for the Items for a Seventh Time. On this occasion, a Store Employee conducted a Receipt-Check on Santiago's Purchases and determined that some of the Items were not Paid For. The Total Value of the Items Stolen was in Excess of $500.00.


     Middletown Township Police Chief R. Craig Weber stated, "The criminal conduct alleged in the complaints filed against Patrolman Santiago are deeply troubling and do not reflect the values of our agency. We firmly believe that trust and integrity are the essential cornerstones of policing and we hold our employees to the highest professional and ethical standards. Santiago has been relieved of duty and suspended without pay pending the resolution of this matter.

CAMDEN, NJ.- Detectives are continuing to investigate a Shooting after Gunfire Erupted Wednesday Night on a Camden, New Jersey Street, tragically claiming the Life of a 33-Year-Old Camden City man after he was Struck Multiple times by Gunfire.


     According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 9:05 a.m., Members of The Camden County Police Department responded to a Multiple Shot ShotSpotter Activation in the area of The 700 Block of Ramona Gonzales Street in Camden City.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers were notified that a man, later identified as Terrance Dickerson, 33, of Camden City, New Jersey, had arrived at Cooper University Hospital by way of Private Vehicle seeking treatment for Multiple Gunshot Wounds. Despite Life-Saving Efforts Mr. Dickerson succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 10:00 p.m.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.

NEWARK, NJ.- A 20-Year-Old Newark, New Jersey man becomes the Fifth Victim to be Killed in January by the ever-increasing Gun Violence that is Plaguing the Streets of Newark, New Jersey after he was Gunned Down Last Night on Irvine Turner Boulevard.


     According to Acting Essex County Theodore N. Stephens, II, on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at just around 7:00 p.m., Members of The Newark Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting on The 100 Block of Irvine Boulevard in The city of Newark.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Nasir Dudley, 20, of Newark, New Jersey Unresponsive from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. Despite Life-Saving Efforts by Newark Emergency Medical Service Personnel, Mr. Dudley Died of his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene at 7:43 p.m.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time as Police continue to search for the Gunman. RAMSEY, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that Following an investigation, a 36-Year-Old Orangeburg, New York man was Taken into Custody Yesterday and Formally Charged in connection with Two Fires that were intentionally set in Wood Areas behind Two Ramsey, New Jersey Shopping Centers.


     According to The Prosecutor's Office, on Friday, January 5, 2024, at just after 6:30 p.m., Members of The Ramsey Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Fire in a Wooded Area behind a Shopping Center located at 50 Spring Street in Ramsey. 


     Approximately 20 Minutes later, and while on the scene, The Ramsey Police Department received a Second 911 Emergency Call reporting a Second Fire in a Wooded Area behind a Shopping Center located at 8 Interstate Shopping Center in Ramsey. Both Fires were contained and Extinguished by The Ramsey Fire Department.


     An investigation was initiated and Detectives determined that Nicholas L. Todaro, 36, of Orangeburg, New York intentionally Set both Fires. On Wednesday, January 24, 2024, Mr. Todaro was Taken into Custody and Formally Charged with Two Counts of Second Degree Aggravated Arson; and Two Counts of Third Degree Arson.


     Mr. Todaro was Processed on The Charges and was Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
