SADDLE BROOK, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that following an investigation a 32-Year-Old Saddle Brook man was Charged in connection with Physically Assaulting a Child under his care.
On Tuesday, August 22, 2023, Members of The Saddle Brook Police Department contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit on a report of Child Abuse. A Swift-Moving Investigation by Detectives of The Bergen County Special Victims Unit and The Saddlebrook Police Department quickly determined that Victor Morales, 32, of Saddle Brook, New Jersey Physically Assaulted a Child under the Age of Thirteen.
Accordingly, on Tuesday, Mr. Morales was Arrested at The Prosecutor's Office in Paramus, New Jersey, and formally Charged with One Count of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and One Count of Third Degree Aggravated Assault. Mr. Morles was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, New Jersey, pending Future Court Proceedings.
