Person Injured In Hit & Run

36 YEAR OLD MAN REMAINS IN CRITICAL CONDITION AFTER BEING HIT BY A CAR TUESDAY AFTERNOON

     " Hudson County Authorities Are Continuing Their Investigation Into A Man Being Struck Tuesday Afternoon In Jersey City, New Jersey."

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced that The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and The Jersey City Police Department are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding yesterday afternoon's Hit and Run Collision that has left a 36-Year-Old man hospitalized in Critical Condition.


     On Tuesday, December 7, 2022, at approximately 4:35 p.m., Members of The Jersey City Police Department responded to the intersection of Griffith Street and Sherman Avenue in Jersey City on a report of a person being Struck by a Motor Vehicle.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 36-Year-Old Jersey City man with Serious Injuries. The man was immediately transported to Jersey City Medical Center where he has been listed in Critical Condition. After striking the man the vehicle Fled the Scene.
