WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ.- On Thursday, November 3, 2022, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced a Toms River man has been Arrested and Charged with setting a Fire that destroyed six commercial vehicles at a Wall Township, New Jersey Business.
Harcourt "Paul" S. Harcourt, 69, of Toms River, New Jersey, has been Charged with Four Counts of Second Degree Arson.
On Monday, September 26, 2022, at approximately 10:11 p.m., Members of The Wall Township Police Department responded to a business located on The 1900 Block of Atlantic Avenue on a report of a Fire. Upon arrival, Police Officers and The Monmouth County Fire Marshal's Office discovered Six Vehicles fully engulfed in flames.
An ensuing investigation determined that Mr. Ward of Ward Realty and Insurance in Point Pleasant, New Jersey was the person responsible for setting the Fire. The estimated cost of the damage by the Fire exceeded $1 Million.
