GARFIELD NEW JERSEY MAN INJURED AFTER BEING STRUCK BY GUNFIRE SUNDAY AFTERNOON IN PASSAIC

     " 30-Year-Old Garfield Man Hospitalized After Being Shot In The Area Of Aspen Place & Columbia Avenue In Passaic, New Jersey."

PASSAIC, NJ.- On Monday, April 4, 2022 Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman announced on April 3, 2022, at approximately 3:27 p.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to the area of Aspen Place and Columbia Avenue in Passaic, New Jersey on a report of shots fired. 

     Upon arrival, Police Officers located a potential crime scene but were unable to locate a victim. A short time later, The Passaic Police Department were notified that a 30-Year-Old Garfield, New Jersey man had arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, for treatment of a non-life threatening Gunshot Wound.

     The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information may become available once released by authorities.
