PATERSON NEW JERSEY MAN ENTERS GUILTY PLEA TO AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT UPON THREE CHILDREN

PATERSON, NJ.- On Wednesday, February 16, 2022 Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes announced that Victor Enamorado, 45, of Paterson, New Jersey, has Pleaded Guilty to Sexually Assaulting Three Children.
On February 22, 2011, Members of The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit were contacted regarding a report of Three Children being Sexually Assaulted. An investigation was initiated and Prosecutor’s Office Detectives were able to interview multiple witnesses, including the Victims, who reported being Sexually Assaulted by Mr. Enamorado at a residence in Paterson, New Jersey Multiple Times over a Three Year Period.
On February 14, 2022, Mr. Enamorado Pleaded Guilty to Three Counts of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault before The Honorable Marybel Mercado-Ramirez. Pursuant to The Terms of the Negotiated Plea Agreement, The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office will recommend that Mr. Enamorado Serve Eighteen years in New Jersey State Prison, with Eighty Five Percent of the term to be served before parole eligibility pursuant to The No Early Release Act.
Upon release from Prison, Mr. Enamorado will be subject to Parole Supervision for Life and Megan’s Law Registration Requirements. Sentencing is scheduled for May 6, 2022 before Judge Ramirez.
