PARAMUS, NJ.- On Friday, February 11, 2022 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the Arrest of John S. Bucci, 40, of Dumont, New Jersey on Child Pornography Charges. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.
On Friday, February 11, 2022, Members of The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit executed a Court Authorized Search Warrant at the residence of Mr. Bucci, during the course of an Internet Child Pornography Investigation. The investigation determined that Mr. Bucci used the Internet to View, Download, Possess and Distribute Digital Files Depicting Nude and or Sexually Explicit Prepubescent Children.
As a result of the investigation, Mr. Bucci was Arrested on Friday, February 11, 2022 in Paramus, New Jersey and Charged with Second Degree Distribution of Child Pornography; and Third Degree Possession of Child Pornography.
Mr. Bucci was Processed on The Charges and remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
