AFTER BEING CHARGED, CONVICTED, AND SENTENCED LAST YEAR A WESTAMPTON MAN AGAIN CHARGED WITH CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

WESTAMPTON, NJ.- On Friday, January 14, 2022 Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Westampton Township Police Chief Stephen Ent announced that a 35-Year-Old Westampton Township, New Jersey man has been Charged with Possessing and Distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material.
Myles T. Doyle, of The First Block of Fieldcrest Drive, was Charged with Two Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and One Count of Third Degree Endangering The Welfare of a Child.
Mr. Doyle was Arrested Tuesday, January 12, 2022 at The Westampton Township Police Department and then lodged in The Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly, New Jersey. Doyle was ordered to be Detained during a hearing in Burlington County State Superior Court. The case will now be prepared for presentation to a Grand Jury for possible Indictment.
The investigation began in November after the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office High-Tech Crimes Unit received information regarding Mr. Doyle’s online activities from The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The investigation revealed that Mr. Doyle was using Social Media to Distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material.
Mr. Doyle is presently under Parole Supervision for Life due to an unrelated Conviction last year arising from The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office’s Operation Safe Quarantine Initiative. In that case, Mr. Doyle received a Suspended Three-Year Sentence after Pleading Guilty. The Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office will move before The Court to have The Suspended Sentence Rescinded and a Three-Year Period of Incarceration Imposed as a result of the New Charges.
Multiple electronic devices were seized from Mr. Doyle’s residence during the execution of a Court Authorized Search Warrant and will be examined by Detectives from The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office High-Tech Crimes Unit. Mr. Doyle has also been additionally Charged with Fourth Degree Contempt, after failing to comply with a Court Order to provide the Passcodes.
