MERCER COUNTY AUTHORITIES CONTINUING THEIR INVESTIGATION INTO A LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON FATAL SHOOTING

     " Mercer County Homicide Task Force Is Investigating The Shooting Death Of A Man."

TRENTON, NJ.- On Wednesday, November 17, 2021 Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced that The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and The Trenton Police Department are continuing their investigation into the Fatal Shooting of a man.


     On Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at approximately 5:25 p.m., Members of The Trenton Police Department responded to a Multi ShotSpotter Activation in the area of the 300 Block of Saint Joe's Avenue in Trenton.



     Upon arrival, Police Officers found an adult male who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The man was immediately transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased a short time later.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No Arrests have been made at the time of reporting. Anyone with additional information regarding this incident is urged to contact The Mercer County Homicide Task Force at (609) 989-6406.
