PATERSON, NJ.- On Monday, November 1, 2021 Passaic Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora announced that on November 1, 2021, at approximately 3:57 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to the area of Governor and Carroll Streets in Paterson, New Jersey on a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, Police Officers located a potential crime scene but were unable to locate a victim.
A short time later, Members of The Paterson Police Department were notified that a 23-Year-Old Paterson man arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center by way of private vehicle seeking treatment for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
No arrests have been made. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
