FIVE ARRESTED ON TUESDAY NOVEMBER 23, 2021 AFTER THREE WEEK INVESTIGATION NARCOTICS AND GUNS SEIZED IN EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP

MAYS LANDING, NJ.- On Wednesday, November 24, 2021 Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill announced that following a joint investigation by The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office and The Egg Harbor Township Police Department resulted in the Arrests of Five Individuals on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at a home in Egg Harbor Township after Members of The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Gang, Guns, and Narcotics Unit, Egg Harbor Township Police Department, and Atlantic County SWAT executed a "No Knock" Search Warrant at the home without incident.
The Arrests of these five individuals was the culmination of a three week investigation by The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Gang, Guns, and Narcotics Unit that began in early November, 2021.
The following individuals were Arrested and Charged after the Execution of the Search Warrant:
Jason French, 41, of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
Jaime Winters, 39, of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
Jenny Mangano, 36, of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
Vincente Luna, 39, of Vineland, New Jersey.
Richard Kelly, 36, of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
During the Execution of the Search Warrant Law Enforcement Officer recovered the following items:
Over one half ounce of Crystal Methamphetamine.
One Sawed Off Shotgun with multiple rounds of Rifled Slug Ammunition.
One 9mm Taurus Handgun loaded with Six Rounds of Ammunition.
Digital Scale.
Cell Phones and Hard Drive containing Video Surveillance of the Home.
Jason French has been Charged with Third Degree Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute; Third Degree Possession of Methamphetamine; Two Counts of Second Degree of a Weapon During the Course of a Controlled Dangerous Offense; and Two Counts of Second Degree Certain Persons Not to Possess a Weapon.
Jaime Winters has been Charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute; Third Degree Possession of Methamphetamine; and Two Counts of Second Degree Possession of a Weapon During the Course of a Controlled Dangerous Offense.
Jenny Mangano has been Charged with Third Degree Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute; Third Degree Possession of Methamphetamine; and Two Counts of Possession of a Weapon During the Course of a Controlled Dangerous Offense.
Vincente Luna has been Charged with Second Degree Possession with Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute; Third Degree Possession of Methamphetamine; Two Counts of Possession of a Weapon During the Course of a Controlled Dangerous Substance Offense; Two Counts of Second Degree Certain Persons Not to Possess a Weapon; and Third Degree Hindering.
Richard Kelly has been Charged with Third Degree Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute; Third Degree Possession of Methamphetamine; Two Counts of a Weapon During the Course of a Controlled Dangerous Offense; and Third Degree Hindering.
All five Defendants were processed on the Charges and remanded to The Atlantic County Justice Facility pending their First Appearance and potential Detention Hearing in Atlantic County Superior Court.
