Two Philadelphia Men Arrested In Bergen County

TWO PHILADELPHIA MEN ARRESTED AFTER BERGEN COUNTY AUTHORITIES UNCOVER 10 KILOGRAMS OF COCAINE HIDDEN IN THEIR CAR

     " Jaycomm Grave Ramos & Eshaniel Moyano Both From Philadelphia Pennsylvania Charged With First Degree Possession With Intent To Distribute Cocaine."

RIDGEFIELD, NJ.- On Thursday, October 7, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrests of Jaycomm Grave Ramos, 28, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Eshaniel Moyano, 20, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Drug, Aggravated Assault and Resisting Arrest Offenses. 


     The arrests are the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.



     On Tuesday, October 5, 2021, during a Narcotics Investigation, Members of The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force conducted a search of a Black 2012 Honda Pilot in Ridgefield, New Jersey.  


     The search uncovered an electronically operated hidden compartment containing nine kilograms of suspected cocaine. One additional kilogram of suspected cocaine was located in a backpack on the back seat, for a total of ten kilograms. 



     The driver, Mr. Grave Ramos, and front seat passenger, Mr. Moyano, were both placed under arrest. During his arrest, Mr. Grave Ramos attempted to flee the scene on foot and resisted arrest by attempting to disarm one Detective, while biting the hand of another.


     Mr. Grave Ramos was charged with One Count of First Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine; One Count of Second Degree Attempting to Exercise Unlawful Control over a Firearm in the Possession of a Law Enforcement Officer; One Count of Third Degree Aggravated Assault Against a Law Enforcement Officer; and One Count of Third Degree Resisting Arrest.


     Mr. Moyano was charged with One Count of First Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine. 


     Mr. Grave Ramos and Mr. Moyano were processed on the Charges and remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending their first appearances in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
