MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT ARE CONTINUING TO INVESTIGATE A FATAL MOTORCYCLE CRASH
" A Route 70 Motorcycle Accident Has Claimed The Life Of A 73-Year-Old Manchester, New Jersey Man."

MANCHESTER, NJ.- Manchester Township Police announced that on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at approximately 9:10 p.m., Members of The Manchester Police Department responded to the area of Route 70 West and Pleasant Valley Road on a report of an accident with injuries.
Upon arrival, Police Offices located a damaged Harley Davidson Motorcycle, and a severely injured man, lying off the roadway, the man, later identified as Lawrence Foca, 73, of Manchester was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
According to the preliminary investigation, Mr. Foca was travelling on Route 70 West, and struck a Street Sign, ejecting him from the motorcycle. The motorcycle continued to travel, overturning several times before crashing into a tree and coming to stop in the roadway.
Manchester Township Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident and death of Mr. Foca.
