Montana Man Charged In Bergen County

BOZEMAN MONTANA MAN ARRESTED AFTER 132 POUNDS OF COCAINE IS FOUND IN HIS CAR IN BERGEN COUNTY

     " Bergen County Narcotics Task Force Investigation Yields 60 Kilograms Of Cocaine & The Arrest Of Juan Carlos Nunez-Perez Of Bozeman, Montana."

HACKENSACK, NJ.- On Thursday, October 28, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the Arrest of Juan Carlos Nunez-Perez of Bozeman, Montana for Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine. The arrest is the result of an investigation by The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love.



     On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, Members of The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force executed a Court Authorized Search Warrant on a vehicle owned and operated by Mr. Nunez-Perez. Mr. Nunez-Perez was being Investigated for Narcotics Trafficking and Distribution. 


     The subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered Sixty Kilograms, with an estimated weight of One-Hundred-Thirty-Two pounds of suspected Cocaine with an estimated street value of $3 million.


     Mr. Nunez-Perez was Arrested without incident and Charged with One Count of First Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine. Mr. Nunez-Perez was processed on the Charged and remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
