TOMS RIVER, NJ.- On Thursday, September 2, 2021 Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced that this morning, September 2, 2021, Michael Stallworth, 37, of Seaside Heights, New Jersey consented to remain Detained in The Ocean County Jail pending trial on Charges of Attempted Murder; Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon in connection to an incident which occurred in Brick Township on July 26, 2021. Stallworth consented to being Detained before The Honorable Wendel E. Daniels, P.J.Cr.P.
Originally a Fugitive from Justice, Stallworth surrendered himself to the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division on Sunday, August 29, 2021, and has been lodged in The Ocean County Jail since that date.
